This movie is absolute garbage. I consider myself a dedicated fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the source comics, but man, this was a total disaster.
If they had dropped even one more notch lower in quality, this would have landed squarely in the realm of a Naked Gun film. The only saving grace here was Bale's performance, as many others have pointed out, but everything else should be forgotten as quickly as possible. The sheer level of exaggeration in every single aspect of this production reached such heights that my eye-rolling actually gave me vertigo.

Here is the predicament... yesterday my PC started freezing entirely while I was gaming, so I figured it wasn't a memory issue and ran a MemTest64 diagnostic, which clearly came back clean. I decided to leave the machine off after that. Today, I powered it up only to find myself stuck at the splash screen where the computer just keeps rebooting, offering me the choice between a System Repair or a Normal Startup (though choosing either results in another freeze and immediate reset).

The System Repair tool is completely useless, and I can't even get into Safe Mode because the machine resets itself while trying to load the necessary files. I've run Chkdsk and found nothing, and a System Restore didn't help either. To make matters worse, I can't even boot from a recovery USB; despite having configured the BIOS to prioritize the external drive as the primary boot device, the moment I attempt to boot from it, the system kicks me right back to that repair/normal startup loop.

I am at a total loss as to what else I could possibly try here... does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?

Which of these would be the superior choice for gaming:
1) XFX AMD R9 270A 2GB DDR5
2) Radeon HD6990

I have both options available at roughly the same price point, yet I find myself undecided on which one holds more weight in today's landscape.
The various comparisons I've come across online seem to be split right down the middle, with conflicting arguments favoring one or the other. 🤔

I’ve run into a bit of a dilemma... I have a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 97 - 2003 slide show that is password-protected and set to read-only mode. I need to make some specific edits, but I simply cannot figure out how to strip the password away.
The presentation actually belongs to me, but it was created ages ago, and the password has since vanished into the deep recesses of my memory. 🙂🙂
Does anyone here happen to know a way to resolve this?

I personally hold this film responsible for my somewhat geeky obsession with the entire saga of The Lord of the Rings and everything surrounding it. It was truly a magnificent piece of cinema, especially during those formative years of my childhood.😁

Earlier today, I spent some time preparing an elderberry syrup, following a recipe that calls for one kilogram of sugar for every liter of water.
When I prepare a drinkable beverage, I typically mix about 20ml of this syrup into every 100ml of water. For me, that ratio hits the mark perfectly.
I fail to see why anyone would consider this problematic. It isn't as if I am consuming five liters of it every single day; I simply have two or three glasses and call it a day.

It’s a solid film. Nothing groundbreaking, but certainly worth your time if you're looking for something to watch.

I find myself facing a rather minor technical nuisance.
A persistent, unsolicited notification has begun appearing on my screen, stating, "This copy of Windows is not genuine," which subsequently forces my entire desktop background to turn pitch black.
Could someone perhaps advise on how to eliminate this occurrence? It has become profoundly irritating.
I suspect this issue may have been addressed previously, but attempting to sift through over 3,000 posts feels akin to self-inflicted masochism, wouldn't you agree?
