Patrick Chase11 said:Are you thinking about ordering them from the USA? What's the damage once you factor everything in? Because you can just get decent quality whey right here in the States for $57 bucks per kilo.

Nah, he's basically our supplier, we just still owe him a bit of cash. He's an American too.

Just moving my previous thoughts over here... I'm looking to pick up some whey protein, but I'm honestly torn on which one to go with. I see this Impact Whey Protein popping up everywhere http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powd...-whey-protein/
...some people are insisting I should stick strictly to Optimum Nutrition or Isobolic and that everything else is just straight garbage, while others—and I tend to agree with them—say there isn't much of a real difference. I mean, let's be real, smaller brands probably just buy from the big guys anyway and resell it cheaper...

The movie is kind of hilarious—you’ve got this guy driving around and just killing people with The Killing of a Mockingbird, but somehow it’s still interesting in its own weird way. Honestly though, our guy Clive is actually more capable than Rambo, Chuck, Bruce Lee, Terminator, Batman, and the rest of them.

I’d definitely put Tony Montana in my top ten. Honestly, putting Melvin Udall in the top 10 too... that guy is just incredible. As for Jack Sparrow, whoever has him at number one—in my book, he wouldn't even crack the top 50. And Hannibal Lecter at only 10? That's just sad. I didn't notice if Sam "ACE" Rothstein was mentioned anywhere here.
I think this has actually happened to me three times now
The first time was when I saw the Thunderbirds incredibly good trailer, and I turned to my buddy like, "OMG, did you see the A. V. trailer? I absolutely have to see this movie." Well, when it finally dropped, it was a total letdown. It’s just three hours of people talking in circles, some random romance stuff... honestly, the whole thing was pointless. 👎All the actual battles combined barely last fifteen minutes.
The second time was with AvP. Seriously, they showed that one scene where the Predator is smashing things on the pyramid five different times in the trailer... the movie itself was just brainless.
Third was War of the Worlds. I mean, the movie isn't terrible, but I was expecting a way more interesting ending.😎

The odds of you catching melanoma from just two trips out in the sun are basically zero. If you told me you burned off a mole and then that thing started changing colors five times or tripled in size, then yeah, I'd be telling you to get to a clinic immediately.
If that burn actually keeps spreading months later, or if it starts shifting color or doing anything weird, go see someone.
But hey, whatever—your brother is the MD! Listen to the expert. 😁

Nah, the burn is gone, it's totally fine now. Just some pale, patchy skin left over.😕

Alright folks, I’ve got a question for anyone here who actually knows their way around medical stuff. My mom has been riding my back since April telling me to strip down and get some sun, but I’ve been stubbornly refusing her. Then, about a month ago, I finally hit the coast. Spent maybe an hour in the water, went to take a nap, then popped back in for another hour. I ended up turning bright red—basically looking like a total amateur. A week later, I headed out to Topeka and spent maybe two hours tops under the sun, and even though I was slathering on sunscreen, I still came home with this minor burn on my left shoulder. Fast forward a month, and now the skin in that spot looks all blotchy and white. I’m kind of freaking out. I asked my cousin about it—he’s a doctor—but he just waved me off like, "Eh, don't sweat it, just use some lotion." Is it possible to develop skin cancer from stuff like this? God forbid, but should I be looking for a real medical opinion instead of just taking his word for it?
