grab the SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X
honestly, from what I know—and this is just my two cents—if you want something that isn't super noisy, go with an XFX card... the others are just okay, I guess. besides, most of these cards don't actually scream at you when they're hitting full load anyway 🙂
if even the Vapor-X doesn't cut it for you, then maybe just pick up a cheap but decent aftermarket cooler... or, hey, just keep your music playing while you're on the PC to drown it out 😁

I don't think I'll have any issues with that graphics card... though my processor is just an E5200 @ 3GHz 😬
Hey, just take whatever you want to believe
Look, it's not like you're sitting there with a top-of-the-line gaming rig or anything—but hey, just follow what Kyle Sanchez4 suggested and toss in another 512MB of RAM. It really can't hurt!

Maybe try poking around some local shops—you can usually find stuff even in those tiny corner stores... trying to hunt this down through an online shop is going to be a total headache. Honestly, just aim for something from Logitech or Genius if you can.

Apple iPhone or the T220—they're basically the same thing, though obviously the T220 is a bit bigger
yeah
Jesse Kern4 said:I’d say keep it lower—maybe just an 8-12% bump. Once you start overclocking that 4850, those margins basically disappear anyway.

silentcanyon72, don't overthink it. You're just making things complicated for no reason—your PSU and GPU are totally fine as they are.

Maybe it’s some MS Industrial gear or something—not sure, but definitely worth a double-check just in case. Jesse Kern4, what would you say? Any idea on the price tag for this one?
I’d say you could probably break even if you sold your current setup right now—maybe a 10-20% return on your money, at least.
btw—what resolution are you running, and what kind of power supply are you rocking?
It’s a solid card—really good stuff—it just happens to be a little more than I want to drop right now http://www.google.com/search?q=graphics+cards
For a 1024x768 resolution, I’d actually lean toward the 4670—but since you mentioned "currently," I’m guessing you might be upgrading that monitor pretty soon anyway.
If that's the case, then this should do the trick—http://www.amazon.com/s?k=graphics+card

It would be even better if you could snag an Nvidia GTX 260 with the 216 SP version, though honestly, those with 192 are still perfectly fine options.
