You can find top-tier talent pretty much anywhere—whether it's Romania, Pakistan, Egypt, the USA, or even parts of Africa—but honestly, finding it in India feels like pulling teeth.

I've dealt with them personally, and I have to say, they can be incredibly lazy, and the quality of their work is often absolutely abysmal.
