So, that was... honestly, that’s what I thought at first, but things felt just off. I had PES 2009 running, then I minimized the window and was just idling away, staring at the temperatures and all that junk in Everest, when I noticed my multiplier was stuck at x6 again. It felt totally wrong. But then, get this—I fired up GTA IV and suddenly the multiplier jumped right up to x9.
thanks for the help👍
Look, I’m dropping this question here because I don't feel like cluttering up the boards with yet another thread that isn't strictly about overclocking, even if it borders on it.
So, here's the deal... I just picked up a new rig featuring a Gigabyte EP45-DS3, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, and some DDR2 Kingston 800MHz. But now I've run into a bit of a head-scratcher. Both CPU-Z and Everest are telling me that my multiplier is set to x6, yet when I dive into the BIOS, it clearly shows it's sitting at x9. Now I'm stuck wondering why these programs are insisting my processor is running at 2000MHz (with that x6 multiplier) when it's supposed to be hitting 3000MHz straight out of the box (using the x9 multiplier). And let me tell you, that missing chunk of MHz is a pretty big deal.
Tomorrow is going to be a total mess...
If the weather stays dry, I’m calling it now: Rainman takes the win, while Kimi (just speaking as a die-hard fan here😁, Sebastian, and "Double Decker"
follow close behind. But if the clouds actually break and we get some rain? Then Jason "Rainman" Button is looking like a lock for the victory, and guys like Vettel, Kubica, and even Alonso will have a massive shot at it.
I hate to say it, but Ferrari just isn't looking sharp right now😢... but hey, we can always hold out hope for a miracle... just to make it to the finish line.😉
😁Kimi is the best there is.😁
Yeah... finally got my hands on that T220.😁 Man, this monitor is absolutely killer—honestly, I lucked out big time scoring one with a Samsung panel. It’s on a whole different level. Anyway, I'm finally making the jump from my old 17'' CRT beast to this absolute masterpiece.😲 I can't get this thing to fit in the viewfinder.😁
Can I get a quick opinion here? I just pulled the trigger on a setup with a T220, but now I'm second-guessing myself—is it actually smarter to go with those 21.6'' models these days, or should I just stick to the standard 22'' ones? I'm looking at this as a long-term play, something to last me at least two or three years without feeling totally obsolete...
I’ve gotta say, the way Williams laid out their car this year—it’s easily the most stunning thing on the grid. Honestly, I think McLaren’s aesthetic is just as sharp too. Not that looks are everything, obviously, because at the end of the day, performance is what actually matters🧐(though let’s be real, speed is everything🤷).
The absolute eyesore has to be General Motors, which somehow managed to cram every single color in the visible spectrum onto one car😁🤮
But if you're asking me which one I'm pulling for, it's Ferrari, hands down; there's just nothing quite like that flashy, pimp red they run😉
