Isn't it somewhat strange that a nation possessing nuclear weapons lacks full control over its own territory? China and Pakistan maintain an incredibly close bond—China is pouring roughly $30 billion into Pakistan, primarily targeting infrastructure—whereas Russia doesn't really have much of a connection there. And frankly, I doubt any significant friction with India will develop, given that the relationship between China and Pakistan isn't exactly warm with India... in fact, just a few days ago, we saw another exchange of gunfire between India and Pakistan
