There’s standard PMS and then there's PMDD—Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder—which hits way harder.
But even then, it usually only lasts about 14 days out of the cycle.

He’d first need to explain himself to the court and NASA regarding what’s changed and how he plans to actually show up for his child's life moving forward.
