Got a 15% discount code for full-price items—plus their sale section is actually decent right now. The quality is solid, too.
If you're in the LA area, we can just meet up locally, otherwise I can hit you up via USPS or whatever works best for you. 🙂

Hey... count me in. I've ordered from them before.

Basically, I’m looking to order a nursing bra from eBay. I’m skipping anything with clips because I’m just too clumsy for them; I need those stretchy ones you can just pull on.
But now, their sizing is driving me absolutely insane.

I actually found a great one that’s exactly the style I’m after.

http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=251571628554&roken=cUgayN

I thought a 3XL would be plenty, but then I see it says the bust measurement is only 84cm. An M is listed for a 68cm band. That sounds more like something a sixth grader would wear, not a woman who's actually breastfeeding!!!

For context, my bust measurement is 106cm, and my underbust is 95cm.

What would that translate to in UK sizing? I see they have numbers like 40 or 42. Every single size chart I find online is so confusing that I'm even more lost than when I started.

I used to wear a 95C or D depending on the model—sometimes I even squeezed into an 85. Honestly, why can't they all just agree on a universal sizing system?

Please, someone, help a girl out.

How exactly do you guys handle that wave? 🤔

If I spot a sale at the mall in downtown, I’m definitely heading in for some shopping. I'll pick up a few things—and yeah, I'll admit their selection isn't exactly high fashion or trendy; it’s mostly that "mom style" stuff, but you can still find gems. Usually, what I grab lasts me at least a whole season, sometimes even longer. 🤷

I bought a down winter jacket back in 2010 and I still wear it today...
Is my nervous system attacking my body? in Health ·
I’m reaching out because I’d love to hear if anyone else has dealt with something similar to this.

Basically, a friend of mine spent several hours on a flight about two years ago, and because her head wasn't positioned right, she ended up with some serious neck issues.
After six months of various therapies, she decided to try chiropractic adjustments. She stuck with those treatments for a full six months. Since then, things have taken a weird turn, so she went in for some testing. To make a long story short, her blood work is a mess, her organs are starting to fail, and the diagnosis is that her nervous system is essentially attacking her body. Her current treatment has to be very mild because her liver can't handle stronger medications, and she isn't seeing any progress at all.

If anyone here has heard of anything like this before, or if you know of any herbal remedies or natural supplements that might help, please let me know...
Because modern medicine just doesn't have 😢

Thanks!

electricpanther82 said:Honestly, don't stress about seeing a gynecologist. I get those weird "vibrations" during my period all the time, but for me, it’s actually just my spine acting up. My neck and lower back are constantly killing me, plus my arms go numb and everything else... it's a mess. I used to feel like I was losing my mind, thinking I was the only person on Earth experiencing this. Like, I'll be sitting on the couch and suddenly feel a vibration, almost like a cell phone went off against me. It's such a bizarre, annoying sensation.🙂 I don't mean to derail the women's health discussion here, but my doctor once told me that spinal issues can trigger pretty much any symptom you can imagine.

Reading what you wrote, yeah, you're totally right.👍 I deal with way more back and spine issues than anything gynecological.

Honestly, I haven't felt anything for a while now 🙂 so maybe that's actually a good sign, like things are finally starting to look up

Heading back in for some more swabs tomorrow, so we'll see how things go... I'm feeling alright for now 🙂

I'm curious about this too. About how long did you guys have to wait after ordering?

Thanks

I think there were two separate delays.

Try the Mayo Clinic over in Rochester or maybe Northwestern in downtown Chicago...
I went there myself once.

I'm not even on a diet... I just have some discharge and my pH balance is totally messed up. Honestly, I've had to rely on medication just to get my immune system back on track.

I’ve been looking into this 30-day Candida protocol lately. It's one of those things you see floating around online that claims to reset your system if you stick to it strictly for a month. The idea is pretty straightforward: you cut out the sugar, ditch the processed carbs, and lean heavily on specific supplements and natural cleanses to get rid of that overgrowth. Honestly, I've tried some version of a "cleanse" before—tried to go strictly keto for a bit back when I lived near Chicago—and let me tell you, the first week is a total grind. You feel sluggish, maybe a little cranky, and you'd kill for a donut. But the logic behind these programs is usually sound. If you stop feeding the bad bacteria, they eventually die off. It's all about discipline. For anyone thinking about jumping into a strict 30-day regimen like this, just be prepared for the mental battle. It's less about what you're eating and more about having the willpower to actually *not* eat the stuff you crave. Has anyone here actually completed a full month of something similar? Did it actually make a difference in how you felt, or was it just a lot of work for nothing?

That’s what I ended up taking... though I've been on Lacto-Fit for a while now too. Honestly, I think my main issue was that I was focusing entirely on treating myself, while the other side of the equation wasn't getting any help at all.

Vaginalets? Forget about them. They actually made things way worse for me.
I haven't felt a single itch. Not one.

Lisa Robinson53 said:I haven't really done those exercises, so I doubt it's caused by that. In my experience, it feels more like it's tied to these constant infections. If I caught your drift correctly, you're dealing with Candida too, right?🤷

Yeah, 😢 I'm actually mid-treatment right now...

I was just posting on another thread about starting that 30-day Sesilabov course... since I'm not having any sex at the moment, hopefully, this will clear things up much faster.🤷

I dealt with infections too....

And honestly, those vibrations are still happening... could that actually be linked to doing Kegel exercises?? 🤷

Honestly, I’ve got their catalog right here in front of me, and they actually carry up to size 24... not everything, obviously, but you can definitely find stuff. They aren't overpriced either, and there are some really pretty pieces in there. 😁

Lisa Myers said:Sure, there are some pretty pieces here. Though, if you ask me, some of these women look way too heavy and definitely over 50. But there’s another issue bothering me. On the model, it looks great. In reality, most of this stuff will fit us totally differently. Especially those tight bits around the waist and arms—we all have rolls, and it would look terrible.

That’s exactly why they wear shapewear under everything... honestly, I won't even step into a dress without mine. It smooths everything out so you don't end up looking like a tube or dealing with all those bulges.😉

crimsonviper14 said:If you're a tall girl with long legs, I might have a tip for you. I wear a size 13, which—let’s be honest—makes finding shoes a total nightmare unless I get lucky. For the last few years, I’ve been sticking to Rieker because they were basically the only option in my hometown that actually carried my size. A size 13 from Deichmann? Forget it. They're too narrow and uncomfortable; nothing ever fit right there. But...
Since I discovered Skechers, my life has changed. They’re incredibly comfortable, and a size 12 fits like a glove. I mentioned this in the sales thread recently, but I ended up grabbing nine pairs this past weekend at the mall when the Skechers store was closing down. I snagged five pairs of boots for anywhere between $134 and $77, most of them for about a quarter of the retail price. It’s Wednesday, and I’ve been wearing different pairs to work every single day since; no blisters, no pain, even though it's my first time wearing them. Not to brag, but all the girls at my job are totally jealous that I walked in with five new pairs of stylish, affordable boots. Honestly, they're the only shoes I wear now.
Before this haul, I picked up two pairs at the Skechers in Avenue Mall back in August for 50% off. I am obsessed with this brand, so if you have larger feet, I highly recommend them. I guess their sizing runs bigger because they're an American company, and Americans tend to be built a bit larger than, say, Italians. When I look at an Italian size 12, it feels more like a standard US size 9...

HUMANIC actually has a section dedicated to large sizes. 😉
