That's fine by me. I'll just park the car and settle in...

I don't get how Richard Morel allows this. It's just pure possessiveness between him and Bob.

Morel plays right along with them too 🙂. Like, who cares?

Man, anyone know what's up with the Evens tickets? Are they already sold out or is there still hope?

David Sullivan4 said:Honestly, one of the daycare owners—Brendan—basically tours around with Bob Mould. Just look at his last tour run. Whatever.

Did you get that email from F. Eskirna? I got mine.

Maybe for you, but it feels like something I really should've caught. And I missed it. I thought about heading to Cincinnati, but the logistics just fell through. They were playing some Hüsker Dü stuff... first time in forever.
boldscout72 said:I think the backlash to this article just shows how much this whole country needs an honest music magazine. 😁

You probably meant "honest music journalists." 😉

Just one correction to a blatant inaccuracy in the piece: Live Nation took their standard cut for the Metallica and Ramirez show, and the bands didn't make a single extra cent more than they would have playing solo gigs. Just clearing that up so there's no confusion...
Everything else in the text is just a matter of personal taste... For example..
Except for the part about the local dive bar, which I agree with—that's been obvious ever since those good people left the management...
hollowseal33 said:I’ve been wondering during their shows... who are these guys? This band basically "doesn't exist."😁

The last thing I saw was killer, they told me it was called Wax.

Yeah, Thomas Myers6, listen to what amberfalcon172 said. 😁

If you mean the absolute last thing, during the encore, that wasn't Wax—it was my Donnuts, God Damn! But hey, both are solid.
Austin Cooper2 said:The drummer and guitarist (who also happens to be the singer) were so loud on stage that the PA system was basically irrelevant...that lunatic behind the kit plugged his own drums in the second he stepped up because his gear was clearly trash, we figured pretty quick...once he hit the snare for the first time, we realized why—we've got 5mm craters in our tom heads now, and the guy from the opening act (Yes-pes) said his kick drum head was totally shot 😲
and now you're booking idiots like that 🙄

So what, man...guy hits the drums, it's his job...He's somewhere on the level of Todd Trainer, I guess!
They were great. But honestly, maybe my first time was just a little bit better... I can't quite put my finger on why.

Really? My bad, guess I missed that show then... Is ICO gonna show up for this set at The Fillmore?
Peach Pit in Music ·
That ICO stuff? That was ages ago, way back in the Runjanin era...
Wait, does ICO actually sing or is it just this guitarist?

Robin Booth:
You guys are losing it.....
They’re basically the only thing worth watching in this entire scene.....

🙂 You pretty much nailed it... 🙂

Wait, so who's playing at The Swamp tomorrow?

Yeah...
Peach Pit. 🙏 🙏 🙏
