Why doesn't he just go talk to his doctor?
My OB-GYN actually suggested I try using sage too... and honestly, things have been looking up since I started!
Yeah... honestly, tampons are basically just breeding grounds for bacteria!!!
So, a friend was just telling me she had the exact same thing happen after she took a higher dose of Yasmin... she ended up taking three pills at once... and then the spotting started maybe five or six days later.
I've heard about that kind of spotting happening after taking high doses of birth control pills... but if you're saying this happened two months ago, I doubt there’s any connection there...
LOL... so he actually went for the lick?!?!?! hahaha 🙂
Man, that’s just such a total letdown...
I stick to Hygieia for washing, and I pretty much avoid tampons altogether because my gynecologist looked like she’d seen a ghost when I even brought them up. Since I’m at the gym or hitting an aerobics class constantly during my period, I just have to use tampons when I'm working out... but I never leave them in for more than two hours. Also, following my doctor's advice for when I'm just hanging out at home, I use basic Always pads. Apparently, all those "modern" brands just encourage bacteria to grow. Of course, Always pads aren't as absorbent, which is why I only use them at home—since I end up having to swap them out every two hours or so.
