Look, Vuco is basically a legend at this point. If you didn't get hammered and lose your mind at one of his shows, you haven't actually lived. Honestly, if I tried to recreate those nights today, I’m not even sure I’d make it out alive. 😁

And honestly, why would I even bother clicking on some random link from a Metallica fan if I already know damn well that kind of stuff isn't my thing?
Look, if you don't want to click my links, then fine, just don't click them and we're all good. It’s simple. Just like how I’m not going to click your thumbnails or pretend to care about Mongolian throat singing. My only issue is that the layout is an eyesore, and we aren't used to seeing stuff like that here.
I’ve been listening to this band on loop, and honestly, they’re just geniuses. There's something about them that sets them apart from everyone else out there. 👍
I’m honestly just feeling disillusioned by this whole pandemic situation. In the end, it feels like everything boiled down to restaurant owners crying about their bottom lines, when I was actually banking on the vaccine being transported this way via 😁 .

I messed up the count anyway—I think I skipped over that one guy because there wasn't a photo attached to his entry. Do whatever works best for the group.
I'm totally on board with that; feel free to drop mine or move it whenever you need to. It's actually pretty cool seeing some new faces and fresh suggestions popping up here.👍
p.s. the Pixies are definitely getting my vote this week!
This one has always hit me right in the gut: Kris Kristofferson - Casey's Last Ride
Casey follows the hollow rhythm of ghosts drifting down The stairs to the subway, lost in the shadows deep below Tracing their steps through neon-lit tunnels, dark and low Filled with silent desperation, where nobody speaks a word The air he breathes is toxic, smelling of decay and things unheard Because it’s never touched the sun or felt the falling rain But Casey watches the shadows and tunes out the fatal strain Of the clicking turnstiles and the heavy rattling of his chain
“Oh!” she said, “Casey, it's been so long since I've seen you!” “Here” she said, “just a kiss to make a body smile!” “See” she said, “I've put on new stockings just to please you!” “Lord!” she said, “Casey, can you only stay a while?”
Casey leaves the underground and ducks into the Golden Crown To grab a drink and shake the chill that settles in his bones He sees his own reflection in the eyes of lonely men Men reaching for anything they can to avoid going home alone Standing in the corner, Casey downs his pint of bitter Avoiding the mirrors and the strangers passing by Then he stumbles toward the exit, wondering if the reason Is the whiskey in his stomach, or the tear that’s in his eye
"Oh," she said, "I suppose you seldom think about me." "Now," she said, "now that you've a family of your own." "Still," she said, "it's so blessed good to feel your body," "Lord," she said, "Casey, it's a shame to be alone."
Honestly, I’d love to see some fresh faces around here bringing in new ideas; it would really shake things up, so I am fully behind anyone new who decides to 👍

Do you honestly believe someone like a local mayor would ever actually circle a choice like the Democrats or the Republicans? 😁
Mark Lanegan actually dropped some absolute gems on his solo records too; I’ve always had a massive soft spot for Ballad of the Broken Seas featuring Isobel Campbell.👍
I always figured the key was hidden under the floor mat, like some cliché lyric from a song, but turns out it’s just a bunch of fossils. Maybe they'll be useful at a local pub quiz somewhere. 😁
