My connection seems totally fine on my end, everything's working perfectly. 🤷

Looking at that screenshot, you're clearly on Wi-Fi. Try pulling the SIM card out and popping it back in—just make sure you power down the phone first. If that doesn't do the trick, your SIM might just be fried, so you'll probably have to head over to Verizon and grab a replacement. 👍

He might be best known as one of the guys fronting Neurosis, but honestly, his solo albums are absolutely top-tier. 👍

Jamie Davis9 said:The Kansas City Chiefs were the far superior side in the second half. Los Angeles FC basically vanished from the pitch during those final 45 minutes, leaving the visitors throwing everything they had at the goal. Hope hit the woodwork and missed a sitter, Jakoliš nearly sent one in with a header that just grazed the post, and Livaković pulled off an absolute miracle of a reflex save on a strike from Dolček. LAFC played a terrible second half, though they did manage to squeeze out a third goal right at the end.

well, that’s exactly what we were looking for 🙂

free your mind ))

Given how poorly they were playing before this, I’d call this progress, and honestly, I’m happy with it 👍

Great topic, honestly just asking for people to pile on and hate. 😁

But if we're being objective, The Beatles are (far too often) overrated. 🙄
Though I guess 'Abbey Road' is probably their best work...

Honestly, the way The Beatles get on my nerves is actually insane. Someone else mentioned Radiohead earlier, and don't even get me started on that whole indie rock wave that took over everything back in the 2000s.

We really need to start a thread where we can just rip into terrible music without everyone taking it personally.😁

True Belief

The whole album

I’ve always had a soft spot for their debut, Lost Paradise. To me, that record sits right alongside My Dying Bride’s Crown of Sympathy and Anathema’s Silent Enigma as part of the holy trinity of early Death/Doom. It’s just foundational stuff.

I also have to throw Disembowelment into that mix as absolute pioneers, especially with their 1993 masterpiece.

style / Influence : Sludge, Noise, Electronics, Hiphop, industrial, Doom metal

Wanderings

Hallow / Hollow
Two Snakes
Adamah
Starving Deserter
The Fall And The Guilt
Prescience
The Myth Arc

Honestly, this could be listed under "extreme endurance challenges"—trying to listen to this entire album in one sitting is a massive undertaking because the intensity is just absolutely overwhelming.

Charles Ramos4 said:I was thinking back to that Bowie show at Madison Square Garden for his 50th birthday back in 1997. The guest list was stacked—he had Grohl and the Foo Fighters, Robert Smith from The Cure, Sonic Youth, and Billy Corgan from the Smashing Pumpkins, plus Lou Reed actually introduced him as "King of New York."

The setlist might not be the ultimate definitive collection since it was mostly pulled from the Earthling tour, but honestly, I’ve always preferred hearing those deeper cuts over a predictable greatest hits loop. That said, they definitely hit the big ones too. I have to point out how killer that performance of "Under Pressure" was; Freddie did an incredible job stepping in for Bowie’s regular bassist, Gail Ann Dorsey. And man, the drummer really nailed it too. 😍

David Bowie - Live at Madison Square Garden -1997

Whenever I think of Bowie, this one comes to mind. Is it just me, or are he and Annie Lennox basically the same person?
