Just caught this on my TV by accident. Will Smith is great in it, and the story is pretty engaging, though maybe a bit too simple for my taste. Jaden Smith isn't actually as bad an actor as everyone made him out to be; I think I just found his face a bit off-putting rather than his acting being overly dramatic at times.
Every planet in the universe looks incredible, but the writer clearly didn't give much thought to plot holes—not that I cared enough to look for them. I just enjoyed the ride. That creature at the end was interesting, especially its perception of humans. 6/10.

It is. The movie is basically just a collection of his stunts, though they aren't tightly woven into the plot.
The kid acting is great.
Most importantly, the movie is actually funny—everyone in the theater was laughing.
How much did I miss? It seems like the Ford rep mentioned America on Slovakian TV just to put some pressure on the Slovakian government to offer them better terms.
That movie finally hit theaters. Anyone planning on catching it? I'm still on the fence about whether I'll go or not.
I caught the trailer at the theater, and honestly, the entire plot was laid out right there. It’s so annoying because I had already decided I wanted to see this movie, and when I make up my mind to go, I don't even watch the trailer.
Trailers have become way too overexposed.
By the way, when I saw the poster before heading inside, I was like, "Oh great, now he's going to steal her wife." And then it actually happened! XD
Watched the movie, pretty interesting. Did a little Google search on La Puertita prison or whatever it was called; turns out prisons like the ones described in the film actually exist in South America.
This is the kind of role they keep handing Gibson.

I tried to use it yesterday, but the local coffee shop wouldn't take it, and then I tried my Chase branch today—same thing. The teller there just shrugged and had no clue where I could go to get it exchanged for legal tender.

Who actually owns all that American debt, and how much does the US end up paying in interest alone every year just to service it? Who's getting that money?
And what would happen if the USA just announced they couldn't pay it back anymore?
