Well, look, The thing is, every single restaurant is absolutely packed right now. I’ve honestly only seen crowds like this back in the States, specifically at McDonald's, because that's usually the cheapest way to grab a bite on the go. Even here at the local arena after a movie, you’ve got ten different restaurants to choose from—most of them actually being better than McDonald's—yet somehow, the line at the Golden Arches stretches all the way to the other side of the wall...
I have never quite understood this obsession people have with McDonald's in Washington, D.C.; honestly, if you try to hit the drive-thru near the downtown area, you can almost never escape the massive lines. I mean, I don't judge kids under 14, but if you swing by on a Saturday at 11 PM, you'll see crowds of 20+ people just lining up for cheeseburgers. They load up on all those calories, and naturally, it makes for terrible sex...

They really seem to think they own the place.
The media landscape has slowly started to shift lately; things just don't feel quite as monolithic as they used to be ☕

And hey, even he needs to find somewhere to work, doesn't he? 🤣
Regarding that article Paul Martinez73 posted, someone really needs to hold that jerk accountable for shutting down this restaurant. I mean, they shut them down because they supposedly didn't meet the minimum requirements for a drive-in—requirements that aren't even clearly defined in the first place. But sure, let’s just shut them down and punish a guy who was actually out there working his tail off. Personally, I was at that drive-in just last week. They come right out to you wearing masks and gloves and bring the food straight to your car. You don't even have to step foot outside. Their hygiene and social distancing protocols are ten times better than what you see at a McDonald's, where the crowds are absolutely unbearable. Here, a car pulls up every ten minutes because everything is scheduled via pickup. But fine, let them close. The inspector makes the call.
I honestly can't wait for one of these places to get shuttered; eventually, someone is going to snap and finally take an inspector like that down a notch...
I’ve been out of the loop for a few days, but looking back, it seems absolutely nothing has changed.
Once his theory about some massive disease wiping out half the population fell flat, user Paul Martinez73 decided it was time to pivot and start picking fights over legal technicalities instead. The Samaritans are flying through clubs like purple butterflies.
Same old story, same old nonsense.
Apparently, the common cold supposedly killed 35 seniors and wiped out a hundred times that many jobs.
Paul Martinez73, have you finally crawled out of your little cage, or are you still shaking in your boots over a few droplets?

The FEMA employees are going to be quite busy if those Czech gentlemen actually decide to go hiking Gavrilovic will probably end up organizing some free pâté giveaways America is going to come out on top once again
Paul Martinez73 said:The sheer absurdity of what you're willing to report. Apparently, the law is determined by body weight now...🤣
No, that’s not how it works—it all comes down to whatever interpretation some lawyer of yours decides to cook up...
A thief breaking into your private residence and a journalist acting out in a church are fundamentally the same thing. You still haven't actually addressed my point: whether or not the property owner was the one who resorted to force... you've avoided that part entirely...
Paul Martinez73 said:So you're just quoting the exact same thing I am? The difference is I gave you an actual attorney's interpretation while you just regurgitated the literal statute. How are you supposed to know if there was "danger"? If a thief breaks into your house, are you going to stop and interview him first to see if he looks threatening?
Whether it’s a thief breaking into a home or a fifty-pound journalist walking into a church, the law treats them exactly the same.
I honestly don't know how you can write such absolute nonsense; it's truly pathetic...

And then, out of nowhere, some random journalist with a smartphone starts filming you while you're tearing into that cheese. What exactly are you going to do about that?
