I’d personally throw *The Day the Earth Stood Still* into the mix—it feels a bit dated and almost absurd by today's standards, but honestly, it hit all the right notes back then 👍

I’ve always had a massive soft spot for Bilal—his work is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend his graphic novels enough; you can usually find them in local libraries, and I actually just finished checking out *Dream of the Monster*
. As for the film, it looks promising to me. I have to admit, a few details felt a bit fuzzy, though that might just be because I missed the opening sequence—perhaps they cleared things up then.🙂
The whole thing is based on the *Nikopol* trilogy, which is something I’m dying to track down. I'm also on the hunt for his first two films, *Tykho Moon* and *Bunker Palace Hotel*. If anyone happens to own them, please let me know.🙂

I’m not typically one to obsess over soundtracks, though I have to admit—most of the ones mentioned here are undeniably top-tier. The only other ones that immediately come to mind are the score for Gladiator (I won't go there regarding the film itself, but the music is truly exquisite) and the X-Files theme, which is iconic. Oh, and the music from Ghost in the Shell is brilliant too. 👍
