just to get even because his Grandpa stole his girlfriend twenty years ago. 🙂

If they're actually right—and honestly, they might be—then this whole race was just one massive organizational disaster, easily the worst we've seen in years...
😲 We didn't even catch that on the broadcast?! What kind of red light are we talking about now? 🤷
redheron12 said:They both got the word that the brakes were shot—first Grandpa, then the kid.
to your grandson, you think 🤣
stormybadger8 said:Not "best man," just Kobayashi. 😳
Alonso, you brought this on yourself. No point overthinking it.
He and Ferrari are solely responsible for this disaster. They have a car that we all know could easily overtake others, could easily dominate a race on a single set of tires, and they knew everyone else had already pitted. Their decision was pure stupidity—for Alonso, it was bad, but for Massa, it would've been better if they just parked him in the garage. ☕
I haven't seen tactical idiocy this bad even from Christian Horner and Red Bull Racing. Only the old man managed to outdo them today; he always has to be the best. 😳
Did Grandpa manage to set some kind of fastest lap toward the end there? The race car is clearly struggling compared to Red Bull, McLaren, and even Ferrari. So, as those three bright sparks pointed out, was he basically just running a little test session while he had an empty track in front of him?
Christian Williams61 said:Look, man, since you’re actually asking... yeah—my eyes honestly start stinging every time I see one of your posts pop up. 😢 So, since you were asking about it... 🤷 🙂
Wait, so you're telling me it's weird that I'm getting into arguments now—especially since up until this point, I was basically the type of person who never even picked a fight with anyone?😕 I’ve never exactly been known for being one of those people who keeps things simple—not by a long shot. 🙂
If your eyes are hurting, trust me, you haven't seen anything yet. You really haven't. 😍

👋
And honestly, what is it with you? You've been picking fights with everyone for three days straight now. Is everything okay at home? Are you feeling alright?😢
stormybadger8 said:Look, nobody has a clue if Alonso is lying through his teeth or telling the truth. 🤷
But damn, I'll say it myself: overtaking the SC makes sense, everything seems fine there. The real question is why Alonso didn't do the exact same thing. 🤷 Did they signal that they weren't allowed, or was it just his own call? That's the heart of the issue right there. 😉
However, overtaking the ambulance under yellow flags (if that's actually what happened—weirdly enough, how does Alonso even know that?) is definitely not okay. You can't justify that, period. 🤷
This whole race is completely trashed because of that SC. Someone definitely needs to get hammered for this, though I have no idea who. 🤷 We need to figure out what actually went down. 😉
Potential penalties:
Lewis Hamilton - for overtaking if he wasn't told he was allowed to.
Alonso - if he was told he could go and chose not to, screwing everyone behind him.
Sebastian Vettel - if he overtook the SC too. 🤷
Race officials - if they're the ones who fucked this all up.
And finally, I don't know if anyone else caught this, but it looked to me like the marshals were waving blue flags while the old man was overtaking Ayrton Senna, Xavi Marcos, Timo Glock, and di Grassi. I don't get it—did he come out of the pits behind them and was just racing them normally? 😕
Maybe it’s just me, or maybe someone else was involved, but those flags were being waved from the side. 😕
As for Alonso and Nelson Piquet, they both should've been banned from Formula 1 forever for that (assuming it's actually true). I have zero doubts about that. ☕
Honestly, someone needs to step up and remove the mastermind behind all these machinations—and we all know that person is Bernie Ecclestone. If he were the one drafting these dramatic scenarios, wouldn't they actually drive up the viewership? He’d probably find a way to charge even more for the privilege of watching it all unfold.🙂
With this post, I am officially announcing that, following the driver changes at Scuderia Ferrari, I am no longer a supporter of their team. Why? Well, after having a career-defining opportunity to clinch the championship in 2008, Felipe Massa has completely lost his edge—especially after last year's accident. Honestly, he’s performing even worse than when he was just running errands for Grandpa. But that isn't the primary reason... the main issue is this overly sensitive, flamboyant, Spanish nonsense currently being displayed... what kind of behavior is this? 🤦
Situation I:
At the Monaco Grand Prix in 2010, during the final lap, the safety car comes out just 300 meters before the finish line. The officials make a mess of things and start waving green flags. Grandpa, despite being clinically dead and held together by Gerovital, Centrovita, and Viagra, sees that green light and manages to use his very last living brain cell to command his feet to floor the accelerator. He does this because this weeping, flamboyant Latin lover is riding his bumper through the corners, struggling because his tires are shot, and eventually overtakes him. Then, Scuderia Ferrari and Alonso dig through the rulebook to claim there's no overtaking on the final lap, resulting in a penalty for Grandpa. Even if it technically follows the letter of the law, it certainly doesn't follow the spirit of sportsmanship. 🙂
Situation II:
The European Grand Prix 2010. Even though that German driving the safety car has one of the easiest, highest-paying jobs in the world, perhaps he suffered a minor stroke during Mark Webber's accident? I mean, what was that move immediately after the leader passed? Lewis Hamilton actually overtook him quite normally, just as Alonso and everyone else should have been able to do... but no, this little eunuch panicked and slowed down, causing everyone behind him to act like fools. Alonso is actually responsible for his own mess here, yet people are busy complaining about Hemić? And what about Fetl? The officials penalize Hamilton. The whole ordeal lacks both legal integrity and sporting spirit. 🤮
And is THAT really why they dumped Kimi from the lineup? 🤦
stormyviper11 said:Alonso's got a point, but damn, stuff happens. Lewis gained an unfair edge by breaking the rules—though I honestly don't think it was intentional—and Ferrari basically threw away third and fourth place, maybe even better... Regardless, I don't see anything being changed after the fact regarding Lewis, so let the guys at Ferrari just vent all they want; they've definitely earned the right...
Major props to Kamui Kobayashi, that tactic was brilliant (honestly, if Ferrari had shown some backbone, they might not have called in Alonso and Massa, which could've kept them in third and fourth—maybe even bumped them up to second and third if Lewis gets penalized), plus those two moves at the end were insane. Yeah, the tire gap was massive, but most drivers wouldn't have had the guts to pull that off... With this, Kobayashi proved what he hinted at last year; he’s starting to look like a legitimate future champion.
There's still no official word on what this investigation is actually targeting, I assume...
Oh yeah, penalty or no penalty, 🙏 🙏 🙏 and the legendary Rubens Barrichello!
Since I have no desire to dwell on the whining, the cheating, or whatever else, I will simply agree with everything my esteemed colleague stormyviper11 wrote in this post. 👍
Since every single race so far has gone completely against the grain of what we expected, I find myself wondering if things might finally settle down in Valencia. Perhaps we are due for a predictable outcome where everything goes exactly according to plan, resulting in a race that is—dare I say—fantastically dull? My prediction? McLaren and Red Bull pulling away at the front, leaving Mercedes, Ferrari, and Renault to fight it out in their wake...
What an absolutely chaotic race 😵
ruggedfox28 said:Does anyone know which channels are airing the qualifying session?
I don't have access to FOX, ESPN, or any of those local networks...
In that case, it looks like you're out of luck, 😍
and honestly, I am too.😢
Morgan Murphy7 said:So, which official vehicle actually makes the cut? 😁
What on earth are you talking about? Honestly, official government vehicles are easily the best ones out there; you can push them to 100 mph without a second thought!😍

I find it hard to believe you actually want that 😬
Who exactly are you rooting for here?
The very first driver I ever truly cheered for was Ronnie Peterson driving that gorgeous Black Beauty Lotus....
Lately, everything just feels a bit off, doesn't it? Schumi is busy running tests for Mercedes-Benz, while Ferrari has some young Latin heartthrob behind the wheel... x2 🤣.....Honestly, I just want Kimi back; he at least had a distinct personality that stood out from the crowd.....Or perhaps we could see Kubica in a Ferrari? This Renault situation is a complete mess, much like how things were during the RL era....😂
stormybadger8 said:To be perfectly honest, I’m expecting one or two Red Bulls to dominate both qualifying and the race itself, unless they end up taking each other out on the track, 😬
Which is exactly what I'm rooting for—along with a strong showing from McLaren. 🙂

You can find them over at http://journal.autosport.com/2010/we...%20results.pdf
The geographic distribution is quite interesting, though perhaps not entirely surprising. But what’s even more fascinating is that, on average, Americans actually have the longest history of following Formula 1. Isn't that a curious bit of data?
As for the rest of the statistics, they are more or less predictable—though I suppose it's up to the reader to decide if they're worth finishing.😉
When we say the Americas, we mean Canada, the USA, Mexico, and all of South America, led by Brazil... so, what exactly is the mystery there?
Jehov and Novak? Honestly, I wouldn't trust them to give a single word of commentary on a local fishing tournament....
I always had such an appreciation for when Slavko Cvitković used to call the Formula 1 races... he brought a certain level of gravity to the broadcast. He wasn't just shouting at the screen or acting all hyper and hysterical like Blaž tends to do.
