I basically caused a massive panic in my friend group thinking tickets were arriving on March 30th—totally missed the part where someone mentioned they were just leaving the printer So my friend heads out with a whole delegation to Target to grab a ticket, figuring the rest of them can just go pick up a million more later that same day And the clerk tells her the tickets aren't actually coming until May 1st (!!) but suggests she double-check anyway Apparently, there's a total shipment of 170 tickets for the entire US (?!) I personally know about 15 or 20 people who want to go And none of them are even from this forum Plus, we've got a decent little crowd here too And look, I'm sure there are some clueless folks out there, but I wouldn't go as far as saying the whole damn country is just one big group of idiots
But whatever, if nothing else works out, I'll just make a quick trip to Austin one day to grab my ticket Man...

Well, a couple of my friends told me. So the first thing I mentioned was that you could still reach them via Broadway. God, give me a break—I'm not about to go scaling rooftops. I'm just trying to figure out if anyone else has actually heard anything about this, or if these two are just spinning yarns for no reason.
The reason I connected everything is because it feels like I won't even have anywhere to hang out anymore—unless you count sitting on a bench outside my local CVS until 10 PM. And I felt targeted because I was the one who brought it up and put the pieces together.

No 😢 I didn't see her—didn't see her on stage, didn't see the damn screen either. And I missed out because I was stuck in a sea of people right in the middle right next to the speakers... which were rattling like hell, while I waited for my idiot friend to get back. Meanwhile, he decides to hang out off to the side—this guy is 6'7", can see everything from basically any angle—and he didn't even show up until the very end. And some jerk was suffocating me, so I didn't even realize it was Trigger hippie (for example) until halfway through the song, at which point I told him to shut up somewhat politely since I actually liked this track. He didn't shut up. So yeah.
They aren't exactly a stadium act—not the kind you'd see at a massive venue near the train tracks where half the crowd dies of boredom from terrible organization and you end up hearing more gravel under your boots than the singer's voice. More like a small club band—something you'd catch at a local dive bar or a tiny venue downtown, if you're lucky. 😁
Anyway, my favorite album is Who Can You Trust. It hits harder emotionally for me, mostly because I fell in love with them back when they were actually relevant.
Yeah, sure—but when I hear "brunette," I’m picturing deep, dark brown hair not some... muddy, brownish mess with highlights here and there, all over the place.
The only real letdown with the movie was that on the second watch, I didn't get hit quite as hard by the laughs as I did the first time. (it’s kind of like how *Evil Dead* can't really compete—honestly, this one just doesn't hold a candle to Four Rooms)
