Hey everyone... here are a few more shots from the Watergate Scandal shoot—this was actually the very first photo taken by our newest photography team member, so definitely take a look: Check out this photo album—it’s a pretty great collection of shots from some live shows. It really takes me back!
The concert was about ten days ago—sorry for the delay! I had a big exam hanging over my head, so there wasn't much wiggle room to post sooner. 😉

My thing is, I would've loved to see this in a smaller, more intimate venue than a massive theater... it’s like when those small indie bands suddenly blow up because people finally notice them—suddenly there's too much hype, they have to move to bigger arenas just to fit everyone in, and you lose that beautiful, cozy, special vibe you get at a small club show.. 😢

Not that I'm complaining, though—it was honestly great. The new material sounds solid and everything... just a really lovely night out overall...

After catching their show at Madison Square Garden the other night, I’ve gotta say—I walked away feeling pretty let down by the original stuff. I’d heard them once back when they were playing a jazz club in Chicago, and man, they sounded incredible then. But this set? A lot of it felt like they were just leaning on Deep Purple covers, which is honestly where they shine. After seeing them live this time, though, I don't see them breaking through—they'll probably fizzle out long before they actually make a dent in the rock scene.

So... where can I sign up to get my cut of those royalties? I mean, once I start burning my own stuff onto CDs—like my concert photography or even some apps I’ve programmed and put on disc—I want my slice of that pie too. If I'm putting my own intellectual property on those same discs, I should definitely be getting a piece of the action.

If anyone happens to stumble upon where you actually register to get a piece of that money, please drop a link or an address or whatever here...

By the way, they totally forgot to mention the royalty rates for hard drives...

Anyway, I have to admit—the bass players had the best sound setup of the night. Honestly, I ended up hanging out there longer than I did during my last five freshman years spent roaming the EDM floors... it was actually pretty chill for a bit. But man, once you realize every single track is just riding the same old drum and bass loop, you gotta bounce... 😁 . It’s a shame the concert didn't get as lucky with its sound quality.

Besides, it looks like the local TV network decided to pull their censorship act. I saw the promo for a show yesterday scheduled for Sunday at 8 PM, and they're actually going to air the video.

Look, the video isn't "censored"—it's just not appropriate for certain time slots, fine. But it definitely doesn't warrant an absolute ban. On the flip side, it's up to the viewer whether they want to watch it or not—nobody's stopping you from changing the channel when Eminem comes on. At the end of the day, this just shows how much influence internet media has now, because everyone who wants to see the video will find it. Plus—it's still freedom of choice whether you want to download the video or not.
