Bla-bla, blah-blah...
Not this topic again. There’s really no point in arguing about this—honestly, people are even getting worked up over it. Look, I truly don't care if some folks still listen to classic country music. Let them enjoy it; it's their absolute right.

That test was a total bust—I ended up being 😢Jimi Hendrix
. My results looked at three different metrics—basically how I stack up against other Americans of my age and gender:
I beat out 61% of people when it comes to depth
I ranked ahead of 51% regarding controversy
I scored higher than 89% in terms of pure musicianship

It’s just packed with the most mindless stereotypes (for instance, there's this old Vietnam veteran who feels the call of duty and heads off to defend his home against some Arab guy collecting boxes that might contain bomb components... The "highlight" for me? When he says, "That laughter sounded Arabic to me. Definitely." Give me a break.). Maybe Wenders was trying to poke fun at Americans, but the whole thing was unbearable.
Exactly—and the icing on the cake was that I managed to snag the best seat in the house to watch it, where you could see everything perfectly, including the subtitles, even if the audio was a bit muffled: a trash can.

👍, though we could certainly debate that first one—but it's way too early in the morning for that.

Man, I just can't stand people with that kind of poverty mindset...
😁 😁 😁 😁
...and I can't stand the arrogant ones either.🙂
Maybe KSET wouldn't pack as many people as Aquarius, but honestly—I think the vibe would’ve been a hundred times wilder and more high-energy (plus, grabbing a beer is way easier when you aren't waiting on a $5.00 line). And the stage is just closer to the crowd, too.
I will give them one thing, though: Aquarius has much better ventilation, so the temperature stayed perfectly comfortable.
Anyway, the show was incredible. Sure, they’re basically clones of Tom Waits—but does that really matter when you're having such a blast?😕
