I’ve been watching the transfer window madness lately and I can't help but feel like the whole system is becoming a bit of a circus. It feels like every time a big club needs a specific piece for their puzzle, it turns into this months-long saga of "maybe," "almost," and "source says" before anything actually happens.
Don't get me wrong, I love the drama of a big move, but at some point, you have to wonder if the sheer amount of money being thrown around is actually helping the sport or just inflating egos. It feels like the clubs are more interested in making a "statement" by landing a certain name than actually building a balanced squad. I remember back in the day when players seemed to move for footballing reasons rather than just being the latest shiny object in a massive negotiation.
Do you guys think these massive, high-profile transfers actually improve the team's chemistry, or is it mostly just marketing for the club?
Quick question for the group. So, I just finished my blood and urine tests, and now I’m heading in to hand everything over to the anesthesiologist. My bloodwork looks solid, but the urine analysis shows a slight inflammation. How much of a dealbreaker is that going to be for the surgery?
Has anyone here gone under the knife with Dr. Glusac recently? I’m looking for some honest feedback regarding the actual procedure, how successful the repair turned out to be, and what the final damage to my wallet looked like. 🙂 I'm currently stuck in that exhausting decision-making phase, weighing up my options on where and how to go about this... he's the most convenient option nearby, and honestly, he seems like the best bet I've found so far. Today was an absolute rock bottom. Is it really our turn to watch an 80-year-old man try to salvage what’s left of our reputation? Enough with the endless messages, enough with the fans screaming that something needs to be done. We have this absolute trash playing right in front of our home stadium while some bratty kid tries to provoke us after a goal, and yet we just sit there singing if they don't give us what we want. Instead of charging onto that pitch, storming the locker rooms, and instilling a level of fear in them so they never even dream of disrespecting us again, we’re busy mourning a championship title that we won't even touch as long as Mamićev is around. NOBODY fears us anymore, and honestly, that is the most pathetic thing about this entire generation of Ultras.
How long does one typically have to stay hospitalized following a septoplasty? I’m not talking about those fancy private clinics, but just your standard, run-of-the-mill public hospital.
lonehawk8, I can't seem to get a message through to you. Should I be getting my referral for the anesthesiologist consultation from my regular primary care physician? I just received the results from the ENT specialist along with the confirmation that my surgery has been officially scheduled.

Hey everyone, I’m feeling a bit lost here and could use some guidance. I have my surgery scheduled for three months from now to fix my septum deviation, and the paperwork says I need to get blood work and urine tests done through my primary care physician. However, I'm a little confused about the part regarding the anesthesiologist; it mentions I need a consultation fifteen days before the procedure. Since nobody seems to be answering the phone number provided on the documents, am I supposed to just show up with all my results from the GP? Also, if anyone happens to be in Miami, could you tell me where the anesthesiology clinic is located at the main hospital, and do I actually need to sign up for an appointment there ahead of time?🙂
