Susan Price30 said:I don't get why you won't just provide actual evidence—like, give even one concrete example out of that massive pile of criminal and extreme posts you're supposedly compiling for the police? (Assuming you're actually putting together a file for the cops, which is what you suggested in your intro post...) instead of just implying that 'inciting violence is being tolerated' or claiming that, quote: 'mods are encouraging violence.'
If every single one of those posts was actually like that—which clearly they aren't—then why isn't anyone posting links to them?
Anyway, I'm out...
Me doing a moderator's job? Ha ha... you gotta be kidding me. Look, I'm here to sound the alarm, not to hand everything to them on a silver platter. They're the ones who are "paid"—or okay, they volunteered—to do that specific job, so they should actually do it! I am definitely not doing their work for them; if they won't step up, there are plenty of other people who will.
As if I should be hunting down posts that they are literally supposed to be finding themselves.
On top of all that, I honestly cannot wrap my head around how a thread titled "everyone who hates the system" was even allowed to exist on this forum. It’s like the super-mods decided to take a permanent vacation—I mean, the regular mods aren't away; they were actually right there in the thick of it, participating in that specific thread! Just a quick glance at what’s being said in there gives me the creeps—it's absolutely revolting. You’d think the whole point of opening that thread was to give total psychopaths a safe space to vent their darkest frustrations. Seriously, in the eight years I’ve been hanging around this forum, I have never seen this much pure hatred, incitement to violence, or sheer destructiveness in one place. I remember back in the day we had a sub-forum—I think it was called "Blue Politics" or something similar—where you could be a little more "unfiltered," but even that doesn't come close to the absolute madness happening in this current thread.
It is genuinely terrifying that something like this was permitted on this site, but what’s even more bone-chilling is that you actually have moderators who weren't just watching, but were actively jumping in and typing side-by-side with the people promoting violence and spreading hate speech.
It’s just wrong that something like this was ever allowed to happen. And all while having the support of the moderation team.
You really need to take a hard look at who you’re letting run the show here, because clearly, nobody is keeping an eye on their track records or how they actually behave.
I’m betting those "moralists" would act exactly like Mamić if they ever found themselves in his shoes. It’s the exact same mindset—zero difference. I mean, Mamić used to be a "fan" too, and now he’s just some guy in a suit. But the brain? Same wiring. If you handed any of these hooligans control of a club like Real Madrid for even a year, I bet they’d bleed it dry faster than Mamić did in fifteen years. Because the people who tear things down under the guise of fighting for justice are identical to the ones they’re supposedly fighting against. There’s no distinction. Actually, it’s worse—Mamić isn't openly trying to get the national team kicked out of Europe, while these thugs are doing exactly that while convinced they’re the good guys.
No explanation, nothing—so clearly the mods are lurking here, yet posts that straight-up cheerlead hooliganism are still up. AT THE SAME TIME, my post—which calls out the hooligans—gets deleted, while this one below, along with dozens of others applauding the chaos, stays untouched. Maybe they'll catch up to them after I make a scene, but I really want to know what the criteria is here: why was my condemnation of thugs punished while their defense of them remains perfectly fine?
I’ll put it right here so everyone can see it for themselves.
I’m no ultra, but I have to tip my hat to the guys for yesterday’s stunt. To pull off what they did, you’d need balls bigger than the Rocky Mountains—not just for the action itself, but for the potential fallout. I don't condone throwing pyrotechnics and stuff like that, but there was definitely no intention of hurting that firefighter.
I don't follow or root for this "national team" anymore; this isn't the American national team as long as guys like Mamić and Davor Šuker are running the show, backed by "patriots" like Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, Bujanec, and Tomislav Karamarko. Screw this national team, there you go.
And someone hit the nail on the head: our nation's idols are guys like Luka Modrić (or Lukica) who was actively involved in actual mafia-style money laundering, or Marcelo Brozović whose parents pulled him out of high school just so he could play soccer. True role models for American kids.
And to all the "patriots," I’d say: take a second to think about what kind of country we actually live in. America is a mafia playground, where criminals give lectures on patriotism and social acceptability. This group of fans has been fighting Mamić and his clique for years using legal and institutional methods, and look where it got them—nowhere.
And to those living abroad: if you actually want to show some patriotism and help America, then stop voting for these "patriots" and let those of us living here choose our own leaders.
Paul Wells72 said:Is glorifying criminal activity actually allowed on this forum? We've got people basically cheering on and encouraging illegal acts, yet nobody’s getting hit with a single warning or ban.
Look at the thread about the riots—there's a whole damn parade of posts applauding this hooliganism and backing it up, but zero consequences for them.
But hey, don't let me complain too much—super-mod Ryan Vaughn7 says the mods are doing a "great job," so I guess letting these kinds of posts slide is just part of their stellar performance.
I’m calling on the supermods here—seriously, take a long, hard look at what’s actually going down in this subforum. It’s getting out of hand. People aren't just venting; they are actively glorifying violence and, frankly, inciting it, all under the thin, pathetic excuse of "fighting the USSF." There is so much pure malice, hatred, and blatant calls for chaos and illegal activity happening right here. You won't find this kind of toxic garbage anywhere else on the internet, yet the moderators seem to be totally fine with it—hell, it feels like they’re actually cheering it on!
Look, I’m telling the supermods to step in and clean this up before the actual police have to get involved because of the hate speech being spewed. At this point, fostering this kind of hatred seems to be the official policy for whoever is running the soccer section.
Sophia Ramos5 said:If you take the arguments from the movie Hacking Democracy at face value, you’d conclude a polling station is hacked just because it doesn't match exit polls. But here's the thing... there aren't any exit polls for mail-in ballots.
...so there’s literally nothing to compare them to! You can't even spot any weird anomalies if you don't have a baseline to look at.
Ugh, seriously, has anyone actually come up with a halfway decent explanation for why the mail-in ballot numbers are such a massive outlier compared to what we saw at the actual polling stations? Like, I mean, really think about it—at the precincts, Hofer pulled in 51%, but then you look at these mail-in ballots and suddenly the guy's sitting at 61%? That’s just... wow. Totally normal, right? Yeah, sure, just a totally "normal" gap.
Noah Sullivan said:It isn't even 10% (which would be suspicious enough), it’s closer to 14%!!! In this presidential election, there are as many as 885,437 of those mail-in ballots, but the most glaring red flag is that there are more than THREE times as many as the last election! For no discernible reason! (No sudden cold snap or anything else that would make actually leaving the house unappealing.)
Furthermore, during the previous presidential elections, those mail-in ballots didn't move the needle much, because the candidate distribution ON them WASN'T drastically different from the turnout at the polling stations— exactly what you would expect. But this time, inexplicably, the gap IS massive, since Alexander Van der Bellen pulled over 60% via mail-in, even though he scored under 49% at the actual polling sites! And The Press admits that with these mail-in ballots, virtually any kind of manipulation becomes possible: http://diepresse.com/home/politik/bp...litik/index.do
The mail-in ballots were left unsecured overnight, leading the President of the Constitutional Court, Robert Holzinger, to remark: "Without 24 hours of waiting, I find it politically concerning," meaning he thinks it is politically dubious to wait 24 hours and leave the votes sitting in a "vacuum" overnight, rather than counting them on the very same election night: http://diepresse.com/home/politik/bp...n-am-Wahlabend
Back home in the States, people nitpick every tiny detail, yet in Austria, they pull off stunts like this—it is clearly election rigging!
I’m totally with you on this—there isn't a single logical reason why the mail-in ballots would swing so wildly different from what we saw at the actual polling stations. And get this—just imagine—the gap was exactly what VdB needed to pull off the win! It’s like they handed him the victory on a silver platter. Seriously, the math on those mail-in votes was just too perfect to be a coincidence. I mean, come on, people! This kind of amateur hour? You wouldn't even see this level of incompetence in a small town in Ohio. It's ridiculous.
Chris Chase5 said:It feels like the entire country has turned blue, with only two small pockets left standing against the tide...
I was just browsing through the official election portal for the upcoming votes in Austria, and I thought it might be worth sharing for anyone looking to stay informed on the latest updates... It’s a pretty straightforward resource if you're trying to track the numbers or understand how things are shaping up over there...
What people seem to miss is that it’s actually an uphill battle for Norbert Hofer to pull this off. It feels like everyone who isn't backing Belen is gravitating toward the other candidates instead... To be honest, he comes across as quite a difficult character—sort of a grumpy, self-absorbed "old man" type. On top of that, he seems to have this massive God complex and just doesn't seem to have any connection to what's happening in the real world...
Look, just look at the map—pretty much the entire United States is blue. I’d say about 95% of the territory, if I had to eyeball it. And yet, they ended up pulling almost the exact same number of votes.
Give me a break—look at this thing! Like, 90% of the Republic of Austria is colored blue on the map, yet somehow this green guy is actually going to pull off a win? Unbelievable.
Carol Newman2 said:Yeah. We haven't seen the numbers coming in from the major metros yet.
So when are they actually coming?
Honestly, I don't get this whole thing about dumping results while the voting is still technically happening—it feels like it could totally sway people who haven't cast their ballots yet, or maybe even discourage folks who weren't planning on showing up today anyway. Or what, do the elections just magically wrap up at 5 PM sharp?
Oh man, even in the massive metropolitan hubs—I'm talking places like New York City or Boston, which are basically huge multicultural melting pots—the results were wild. Take New York City, for instance, where Democrats have basically held the reins for decades, or Boston, which is such a massive international student hub... even there, the vote was almost a dead heat. Well, I mean, that actually says a whole lot if you think about it.
Thanks. Yeah, I was already aware that the Democratic-Republican coalition has been running things in the United States of America for years now—but I’d heard rumors about some new Chancellor stepping in, so I figured maybe the political landscape had shifted. My mistake! But man, I honestly had no clue the Reform Party pulled that kind of weight. And who even are these purple guys, Neos?
So, who’s actually running the show in the United States of America right now in terms of parties? And how much of a mess would a potential win for Hofer actually make out of the government?
Nailed it, Sandra Johnson58—you hit the nail right on the head!
The answer to those questions from the first part of the post is crystal clear to anyone who isn't just playing dumb or being intentionally malicious. I mean, if you look at why certain ethnic groups show up way more in crime stats than others—even when they’re both coming from the exact same economic starting line (yeah, we're talking poverty and desperation here)—the reason is exclusively about culture, civilization, worldview, and how they were raised. It’s all about that foundational upbringing.
Think about it: whether it's a Vietnamese person, a Chinese person, or an Arab moving to the European Union looking for a better life, they’re often coming from pretty much the same economic struggles. But the statistics don't lie, and they tell a very specific story—some ethnic groups are represented in crime rates per capita several times higher than others. And in this case, we're talking about Arabs.
