I’m calling on the supermods here—seriously, take a long, hard look at what’s actually going down in this subforum. It’s getting out of hand. People aren't just venting; they are actively glorifying violence and, frankly, inciting it, all under the thin, pathetic excuse of "fighting the USSF." There is so much pure malice, hatred, and blatant calls for chaos and illegal activity happening right here. You won't find this kind of toxic garbage anywhere else on the internet, yet the moderators seem to be totally fine with it—hell, it feels like they’re actually cheering it on!

Look, I’m telling the supermods to step in and clean this up before the actual police have to get involved because of the hate speech being spewed. At this point, fostering this kind of hatred seems to be the official policy for whoever is running the soccer section.

On the other hand, I’m calling on the mods to reopen the "Everyone who hates the pig" thread. I don't see any reason why that's the only one locked on the entire forum.

There is an alarming amount of violence being condoned—in some cases even encouraged—all under the guise of "fighting against the USSF." The level of malice, hatred, incitement to unrest, and praise for illegal activities found here is unparalleled, yet the moderators seem to actively support and applaud such behavior.

I urge the supermoderators to investigate this before the police have to step in regarding the hate speech occurring here, which has clearly become the standard policy for those running the soccer subforum.

Or perhaps you are just overreacting and creating unnecessary drama again? (One could argue that this "terrorist" way of constantly opening threads in the local league section qualifies as interfering with administration work.)

The supermoderator of the subforum you are calling out is right there watching the situation as closely as possible...

It is obvious that the fans are angry, revolted, and disappointed... and frankly, one should be able to understand why.

There is an incredible amount of malice, hatred, and incitement toward chaos and illegal activities here—things people are actually applauding—that I don't think you could find anywhere else besides this forum. To make matters worse, the moderators seem to heartily support it—perhaps even encouraging it by cheering on such behavior.

I urge the supermoderators to review this situation before the police have to step in due to the blatant hate speech on this board, which seems to have become the standard operating procedure for those running the soccer subforum.

That is true.
I reported a moderator for obvious trolling, so I am quite curious to see if any sanctions will actually be applied.

I actually reported the moderator for blatant trolling, so I'm genuinely curious to see if any disciplinary action is taken.

The mod supposedly approved what was labeled as 'hate speech' and allegedly 'inciting violence.'

I highly doubt that's the case.
(It feels more likely that they're just stirring up drama and overreacting.)

The moderation here was handled with total objectivity—I’d honestly tell the admins to double-check my work if they have any doubts. On this soccer forum, different perspectives have always been welcome and encouraged, and this situation is no exception. If people can't handle that, they're more than free to steer clear of this place entirely.

So, I just got flagged for trolling during the registration process because, well, I was openly making fun of this guy who’s trying to justify hooliganism by blaming some supposed destruction of American heritage—and look, I’m not even saying whether that's actually true or not, but honestly? Just punish the actual maniacs out there who are actively inciting violence and senseless hatred.

I get flagged for trolling during registration because I openly mocked someone trying to justify hooliganism by blaming some destroyed American heritage—regardless of whether that's actually true. For heaven's sake, just punish the maniacs who incite violence and senseless hatred.

It was obvious how it went down... a few "tourists" from downtown hijacked their entire online system tonight, and now they show up here complaining about injustice and tyranny (they're even threatening to call the cops, LOL)...

Regarding the person above acting all high and mighty about Luka Modrić, what exactly is the issue? It seems you all simply crossed every line and decided to take advantage of the situation.

(And let's be real, nobody is stupid enough to miss what's actually happening).

Funny. Really funny. It just seems like everyone here is busy defending the guys who actually commit the fouls... I mean, we've seen enough of that kind of stuff throughout American history to know how it goes, and honestly, maybe you all could learn a thing or two about how things actually play out when people act like that.

The mods are working all night long. They do a great job. Honestly, they don't have the bandwidth to deal with these biased complaints about the women's league.

Is it actually permitted on this forum to glorify and incite criminal activity? I find it quite baffling that certain individuals who openly praise and encourage such behavior haven't faced any sanctions or warnings whatsoever.

Paul Wells72 said:Is glorifying criminal activity actually allowed on this forum? We've got people basically cheering on and encouraging illegal acts, yet nobody’s getting hit with a single warning or ban.

Look at the thread about the riots—there's a whole damn parade of posts applauding this hooliganism and backing it up, but zero consequences for them.

But hey, don't let me complain too much—super-mod Ryan Vaughn7 says the mods are doing a "great job," so I guess letting these kinds of posts slide is just part of their stellar performance.

Joseph Stewart38 said:But hey, if supermoderator Ryan Vaughn7 claims the mods are doing an excellent job, then I guess allowing posts like that just falls under "doing their job."

Meanwhile, they wiped out my post here because I was apparently being too polite. 🤷

================================================

Once again, I’m calling on rustydrifter10 to weigh in on this. Especially now that there seems to be a real push to sweep all this garbage under the rug.

It feels impossible to have a civilized, normal discussion on the Soccer Forum. Why is this being tolerated?
Is anyone actually surprised that things have escalated this far after so much negligence on this board?

My post was just nuked—right this second:
I’m betting those "moralists" would act exactly like Mamić if they ever found themselves in his shoes. It’s the exact same mindset—zero difference. I mean, Mamić used to be a "fan" too, and now he’s just some guy in a suit. But the brain? Same wiring. If you handed any of these hooligans control of a club like Real Madrid for even a year, I bet they’d bleed it dry faster than Mamić did in fifteen years. Because the people who tear things down under the guise of fighting for justice are identical to the ones they’re supposedly fighting against. There’s no distinction. Actually, it’s worse—Mamić isn't openly trying to get the national team kicked out of Europe, while these thugs are doing exactly that while convinced they’re the good guys.

No explanation, nothing—so clearly the mods are lurking here, yet posts that straight-up cheerlead hooliganism are still up. AT THE SAME TIME, my post—which calls out the hooligans—gets deleted, while this one below, along with dozens of others applauding the chaos, stays untouched. Maybe they'll catch up to them after I make a scene, but I really want to know what the criteria is here: why was my condemnation of thugs punished while their defense of them remains perfectly fine?

I’ll put it right here so everyone can see it for themselves.

I’m no ultra, but I have to tip my hat to the guys for yesterday’s stunt. To pull off what they did, you’d need balls bigger than the Rocky Mountains—not just for the action itself, but for the potential fallout. I don't condone throwing pyrotechnics and stuff like that, but there was definitely no intention of hurting that firefighter.

I don't follow or root for this "national team" anymore; this isn't the American national team as long as guys like Mamić and Davor Šuker are running the show, backed by "patriots" like Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, Bujanec, and Tomislav Karamarko. Screw this national team, there you go.

And someone hit the nail on the head: our nation's idols are guys like Luka Modrić (or Lukica) who was actively involved in actual mafia-style money laundering, or Marcelo Brozović whose parents pulled him out of high school just so he could play soccer. True role models for American kids.

And to all the "patriots," I’d say: take a second to think about what kind of country we actually live in. America is a mafia playground, where criminals give lectures on patriotism and social acceptability. This group of fans has been fighting Mamić and his clique for years using legal and institutional methods, and look where it got them—nowhere.

And to those living abroad: if you actually want to show some patriotism and help America, then stop voting for these "patriots" and let those of us living here choose our own leaders.

Just a quick heads-up: we have a zero-tolerance policy here when it comes to inciting violence or glorifying anything illegal. Our moderators are working overtime right now to keep an eye on this thread because things are getting pretty heated, and honestly, it’s impossible to catch every single comment the second it happens. Please, just give them a little breathing room to get everything under control.

Joseph Stewart38 said:There's an entire crowd of posts on the riot thread applauding this hooliganism and offering their support, yet none of them have faced any sanctions.

I don't understand why you won't just provide the evidence and give one specific example among that massive sea of criminal and extreme posts you claim to be preparing for the police? (Assuming you actually are compiling evidence for the authorities, as you suggested in your opening post...) Rather than implying that "inciting violence is tolerated" or claiming that, quote: "the mods are encouraging violence."

If all those posts are indeed problematic—which clearly they aren't—then why isn't anyone posting links to them?

Regardless, I'm heading out...

On top of all that, I honestly cannot wrap my head around how a thread titled "everyone who hates the system" was even allowed to exist on this forum. It’s like the super-mods decided to take a permanent vacation—I mean, the regular mods aren't away; they were actually right there in the thick of it, participating in that specific thread! Just a quick glance at what’s being said in there gives me the creeps—it's absolutely revolting. You’d think the whole point of opening that thread was to give total psychopaths a safe space to vent their darkest frustrations. Seriously, in the eight years I’ve been hanging around this forum, I have never seen this much pure hatred, incitement to violence, or sheer destructiveness in one place. I remember back in the day we had a sub-forum—I think it was called "Blue Politics" or something similar—where you could be a little more "unfiltered," but even that doesn't come close to the absolute madness happening in this current thread.

It is genuinely terrifying that something like this was permitted on this site, but what’s even more bone-chilling is that you actually have moderators who weren't just watching, but were actively jumping in and typing side-by-side with the people promoting violence and spreading hate speech.

It’s just wrong that something like this was ever allowed to happen. And all while having the support of the moderation team.

You really need to take a hard look at who you’re letting run the show here, because clearly, nobody is keeping an eye on their track records or how they actually behave.
