April 27th, 3:30 PM. Bayern Munich vs. SC Freiburg. 1 @1,25
Bayern is in incredible shape right now. They absolutely crushed Barcelona this week. They’ve got 26 wins in 30 league games, which is just... yeah, really impressive. The visitors are fighting for a European spot, but they dropped points in the last round and missed their shot at taking 4th place. Even if the odds aren't massive, I guess I'm convinced Bayern will just handle this one routinely.
April 27th. 6:45 PM. PSV Eindhoven vs. FC Groningen. 1 @1,20
PSV is sitting in second, while Groningen is in eighth. Honestly, Groningen is probably safe for the playoffs since they’ve got a five-point cushion over ninth place. So, I guess today's match against a top-tier side like PSV won't be a make-or-break moment for them. I'm feeling pretty confident we'll see a goal fest, though. Maybe a decisive win for PSV? Like 5-2, I guess.
April 27th at 7:00 PM. LA Galaxy vs. San Jose Earthquakes. 1 @1,35
Even though the LA Galaxy just clinched their eighth straight title, I don't think they'll be taking their foot off the gas. They aren't about to let some mid-table underdog pull an upset at home in Los Angeles. Slaven is sitting right in the middle of the standings with nothing really on the line, so they'll probably play pretty relaxed tonight. Still, I guess I don't see a major shock happening at the stadium this evening. Looking back at the last 12 matchups between these two, the Galaxy have won 11 and tied one. Goal differential is 28 to 2 for them, obviously.
April 27th, 8:45 PM. Pescara versus SSC Napoli. 2 @1,35
Pescara is sitting dead last. They’re basically facing relegation at this point. Even though they pulled off that shocker against Roma away last week, I think they're going to struggle to avoid a loss tonight. The visitors from Naples are sitting in second place right now, and if they pull this win, it pretty much guarantees them that runner-up spot. I don't think they're going to blow a chance like that, especially since they're playing against the worst team in the league.
April 27th, 9:30 PM. Portland Timbers vs. Seattle Sounders. 1 @1,15
This feels like a safe bet, which is probably why the odds are so low. Porto is sitting at second in the standings, and they're still holding out hope that the top team slips up so they can snatch the title at the finish line. As for the visitors, I guess they’ve already secured their spot in the league, so they might not have much skin in the game tonight. To be honest, you have to be realistic here—Porto should win this one convincingly. Looking back at their last 30 matchups, Porto has pulled off 29 wins, with only a single draw between them. Their goal differential is pretty insane, too... something like 78 to 12 in their favor.
