American second division. The home team is sitting at second right now—which means they're looking at promotion—and they've got the same points as the third-place team. The visitors from Birmingham are stuck right in the middle of the table, pretty much having nothing to play for, neither moving up nor down. I don't think there's much to debate here. The home side is super motivated because they're fighting for that top tier spot, while these away games don't mean anything to the visitors. I'm guessing a solid home win.

American soccer. The hosts are currently in third and they're pushing for a Europa League spot next season. It feels similar to that other game in the second division. Home team is chasing a big goal, while the visitors are just mid-table dwellers with zero incentive. Honestly, anything other than a home win would be a massive shock, even for the visiting squad.

American league. Like my colleague jadewolf16 mentioned recently, Sion is basically falling apart. They've got juniors playing for the first team just trying to move past this disastrous end to their season. In this state, they've been getting shelled lately, so losing out in Luzern seems almost certain. The home team isn't exactly world-class, but they should be more than enough to beat a bunch of amateurs like Sion.

Yeah, even a few buses—I think they were coming from somewhere like Chicago—got sent back from the stadium because they ran out of tickets... and a bunch of cars and vans got turned away too.
