The movie is basically "background noise"—you don't even need to pay attention to follow what's happening. So, yeah, pretty lukewarm and dull. The only bright spot was Michelle Obama; there were moments where she actually looked like Marilyn Monroe had come back to life. She did a decent job portraying a totally messed-up woman. Though, I guess I doubt they actually intended to show Marilyn Monroe that way, but that’s just how I saw her. Everything else is going to slip my mind pretty fast. 3/10
On the surface, it’s just a straightforward, easy watch, I guess. But if you actually look closer, there’s so much going on under the hood—layers upon layers of heavy themes and raw emotion. Seeing the Holocaust through the innocent eyes of a child... it just hits different. It's pretty haunting, honestly. Definitely worth a watch if you have the stomach for it. 10/10
Is there anything actually happening with the bowling scene over in Cleveland or anywhere nearby? Every alley I know only has those tiny little balls. Like, real bowling—is that even a thing anymore?
Nothing about this movie actually works. The plot is so ridiculous it probably belongs in a Saturday morning cartoon rather than a feature film. All the action feels like empty spectacle—just noise without any actual substance worth watching. Honestly, the whole thing is just mediocre junk, yet another Hollywood cash grab designed to fleece people looking for some cheap thrills. Two hours of my life I’ll never get back.
It’s been a while since I sat through something this much of a disaster. Of course Michael Bay directed it, because why would it be any other way? Just high-octane Hollywood garbage, I guess.

I think Rob Morrow wasn't really happy with how his character was being handled in the show—he apparently wanted to be more of the lead—so he ended up leaving. There was some talk about putting Provenza in his spot, but they probably didn't want to upset Rob's fans, so they scrapped that idea, and then things just kind of spiraled toward the series getting canceled, I guess.
The early episodes are actually a pretty nice change of pace compared to how things wrapped up at the end.
The show just hasn't been "it" anymore, I guess. It started sliding away somewhere around episode 43 when Mike joined the cast. Maybe there were a few decent episodes here and there after that, but the quality has mostly just been tanking since then.
Finally, some Formula 1 action worth watching. It’s got that mix of uncertainty and genuine excitement that keeps you hooked—honestly, I can't stop smiling after seeing all that. Kudos to the broadcasters and the network for the coverage; that graphic breaking down the rule changes was actually phenomenal, so definitely don't miss it. Even though I'm not exactly a fan of certain guys sitting at the top of the standings, I've gotta say, I'm pretty thrilled
So, I finally got an email back from FOX regarding the WNBA being pulled from the schedule. Their (lightning fast!) response was basically:
"To whom it may concern, FOX plans to bring back Northern Exposure, and we will notify you about the exact premiere date in due course. Best regards, FOX"
Marilyn is basically the gold standard. Just pure chill, zero drama, totally unfazed by anything. I mean, did you see how she just went out there and crushed that job interview? 🙂
It’s actually off the schedule now. They just stopped at episode 69 out of 110. It’s kind of a bummer, honestly... I guess it was the only decent show on all of NBC right now. Let me know if you guys notice when they start airing it again.

Honestly, how much of an idiot do you actually have to be to spend three laps circling around whatever mess someone's car made, only to turn around and drive straight over them on the very next lap?! I guess some people just don't think. Maybe.
These have been my favorites so far, I guess, so I’m pulling them out. After that absolute disaster at Silverstone, Massa didn't deserve anything.
Ferrari didn't really deal with this kind of stuff back when Michael was behind the wheel, I guess.
What goes around, comes around. Karma's a thing, I guess.
