Since I'm new to this forum, mind if I pick your brains for a second?
So, I've finally decided to go through with rhinoplasty. Here's the thing... looking at my nose from the front, I actually like it. But when I see my profile, there’s this little bump right in the middle. It’s not like a huge hook or anything, just a tiny hump 😢 and honestly, it drives me crazy.
Now I'm trying to figure out which surgeon you’d recommend for this kind of job—specifically someone who won't mess with my nasal tip, but will just smooth out that bump...
I was originally thinking about seeing Glumicic, but I read some comments here saying he almost always touches the tip and narrows it down, which is exactly what I want to avoid. How does Toncic handle things like that? Please help me out! 😁

Hmm... Honestly, my breathing is totally fine right now. And I don't think there's much anyone can do to mess things up at this stage... I don't know.

As for Glusac, I’ve heard quite a few people walk away unhappy... plus, a friend of mine went to him and he did a pretty terrible job. 😢

I had my consultation with Dr. Glumicic two days ago... and I am honestly so thrilled! He really seems to know his stuff, plus he’s just such a sweetheart *__*
He walked me through exactly how he’d handle the surgery and gave me a full list of all the tests I need to get done beforehand... The total cost is going to be around $2,200...
So, I’ve officially decided to go through with him... I’ve been reading reviews online too, and everyone says he’s an absolute pro who does the most beautiful noses 🙂 🙂 🙂
I’m planning to have the procedure right after I finish school, so basically before summer break hits 🙂

I CANNOT WAIT FOR THAT SIX-MONTH MARK! 🙂

p.s. If anyone else has had surgery with him, did you end up staying in their recovery rooms? What's the accommodations like? 🙂 Since I'm coming from Miami, I'll need somewhere to crash for a couple of nights 😁

As for age limits, I read somewhere that nasal bone development goes on until you're about 22, though I know a few people who went in earlier than that... so honestly, your doctor will be the best one to give you a straight answer.
I waited about a month for my surgery date, and it took around three weeks to get a consultation scheduled.

I've been thinking about getting my nose done... Hmm, but I'm stuck on who to go to. I'm torn between Dr. Glumicic and Dr. Glushac... Who's actually better? XD

1. What was the experience like for you guys? How long after the surgery did they take the packing out, and how long did it take for the swelling in my nose and face to finally go down? Since I'm coming from Miami, how long do I need to plan to stay in Washington, D.C.? (If anyone happens to know 😁)
2. How much does the surgery cost with him?
3. How long is the waitlist for an appointment?
4. In your opinion, what’s the minimum age to get a rhinoplasty? 😁
5. And most importantly! XD Are you happy with the results? 😁
