Since I couldn't breathe properly, I figured doing both at once made sense. I don't even need to tell you how crooked my nose turned out, even though he was supposedly this highly esteemed surgeon. They act like they're dealing with merchandise rather than actual human health. After seeing the results, he actually offered to operate on me again, which I flat-out refused. Over the years, my nose has only gotten worse, developing this noticeable indentation. Well, I went to see an ENT specialist today, and she recommended I go back in for surgery, specifically with V. Bedeković (she also mentioned Glumičić), because she’s seen his work firsthand and knows his results are excellent since she assisted him for a few years.
Since going under the knife again is a massive deal for me, I came to this forum hoping someone might have some info or direct experience with these surgeons. Is there anyone I should trust, or is there no rhyme or reason to choosing one over the other here?
I would be truly grateful for any kind of response. I am completely lost.

I finally saw Dr. Smith, and my surgery is officially on the calendar for September 5th. I have to run a bunch of tests first and then bring all those referrals over to the Mayo Clinic. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly! I can't wait to 🙂

I honestly don't think it's right to badmouth certain doctors like this. I was operated on by Vladimir Bedeković and he did an absolutely amazing job. I also know two other women who had their noses done by him—they look beautiful and are both incredibly happy with the results. I am truly sorry you aren't satisfied with how your surgery turned out. Also, just for clarity, Orlando has been around since 2004, so Bedeković didn't start it, nor is he even from Vinogradski. A lot of doctors from Vinogradski work at Orlando, and Bedeković just treats there occasionally (I actually called them, and they told me he mostly goes there for facelifts when they specifically request him, maybe a few times a year).
Please don't take this as me trying to be a know-it-all or being insulting, but I just felt I had to say that attacking people like this isn't okay.

Look, this kind of surgery is intense. It requires a full surgical team and general anesthesia, so my advice is to stick to public hospitals. Specifically, go to an ENT department where they’ll handle everything properly and according to standard medical practice—plus, it's covered by Medicare.
I’d personally recommend the ENT department at Vinogradski. Honestly, any of the specialists there are better than what you'll find in private clinics. Private practitioners can't touch the skill level of the public hospital staff in any part of this procedure, no matter how much they overcharge unfortunate patients or how much they spend bribing journalists to look good.

People were actually staring at me in shock; they couldn't believe what they were seeing. Just like he did with you, he kept insisting that my nose looked beautiful and refused to fix what he broke. There was absolutely nothing he would do to help. Now, I’m finally planning to see a real, competent surgeon to get a revision. Ladies, please, listen to me—do not let this man touch you. When I realized he was practicing out of a private clinic, I felt sick to my stomach because I don't want any other woman to end up looking like me. Please, stay far away from him.
