A bit of heavy off-topic here, but here we go...

What’s most depressing is that 80% of the youth think exactly like this idiot. How are we supposed to have any hope or actually build anything when we live in an environment filled with people whose only source of information is stuff like the local news outlets, Index, Reddit, PBS, and other propaganda machines run by the mafia controlling this country? They just fill everyone's heads with spin and those "charming coastal stories." What's the point? Honestly, you might as well give up the moment you realize that a random teenager understands the actual reality of things better than these geniuses...

Someone should have written: kill everyone over seven, and for the rest, just let a German nanny raise them.

Nightmare fuel. What can you even do?😁😁

They show up to an away game with fifty cheap little flags, light four flares, and suddenly they think they’re starring in some hardcore documentary—not to mention everything else we won't even go there about...

As long as the fence they crawled over is visible on the news, I guess they’ve made their mark...

I guess it’s just common sense—if you want a better club, you sign up. Sure, a media campaign might help, but you shouldn't have to drag everyone by the arm...

Joining Mamić's club and handing over cash and personal info isn't exactly at the top of my priority list...
We've seen plenty of drives where joining didn't actually change anything, and I'm pretty sure Mamić just used that money to buy another Mercedes..

If this is the only way forward, then everything is going to hell. But honestly, if we have to play it this way, then Joe it is. ☕

It's not Mamić's club; the Yankees are an association just like any other. They fight for elections and for the principle of one member, one vote. That's how it works—the assembly elects the leadership, and the assembly consists of all its members. That is the foundation for everything else!

EDIT: Then again, let's face it, we live in America. 😉

Jonathan Anderson11 said:The only "small" difference is that back then, if you fell, you’d just head home and be right back in the stands by next week. Nowadays? You get hit with a massive investigation and a two-year ban.

I guess you're right, and what you're saying is true, but things can go any way they want. I mean, look at how the laws regarding pyrotechnics are handled—it's basically a free-for-all, more or less.😉

Honestly, it might be easier to just fly the flag and call it a day...

So you’re comparing how things used to be back then to how they are now, when everyone is constantly whining about repression and how much the scene has declined. Nowadays, everyone just goes along willingly under heavy police escort for away games. I mean, what's really the point if there's zero adrenaline left? What's the purpose of any of this if you aren't actually stepping up on "enemy territory" 😁?!?!?

You're right, copperharbor02. Just shut it all down, lock the door, and take a break. People are getting too worked up, and I guess we’re just going to end up looking even stupider if we keep going like this. 😁

🙄

I wrote CURRENTLY—it's a closed chapter between him and the NFL fans. I mean, seriously, how can he even claim to represent the NFL fans today?

Honestly, these debates have become exhausting for everyone involved, and frankly, enough time has passed already...

It feels like people are just talking for the sake of talking and trying to act superior. I guess it shouldn't be surprising, since fans have always acted like the moral compass of American society.

copperharbor02 said:Alright, Joe, give the people the real story. Tell them why you were actually kicked off the squad. I'm seeing all sorts of rumors flying around saying you were trying to act like some big-shot agent for the NFL Ultras, which obviously isn't true. The truth is... 😉

Leave the guy alone. What was said, was said. I don't see any reason to lecture him, especially not here on this forum. Just wrap this whole thing up once and for all. As far as I'm concerned, it ended right after that game against Cleveland. Good grief.

Is this guy actually doing anything wrong right now, or is he just getting under everyone's skin? Honestly, we've chewed this bone about five hundred times already. If anyone has an actual problem with him, maybe just take it to a private conversation and settle it face-to-face.

Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying we look pretty ridiculous sometimes, like a bunch of kids playing dress-up.

I guess I should probably mention the Eurostar situation. It’s worth keeping an eye on how things are moving with those high-speed rail connections. Things seem to be shifting, maybe more than we expected. Just something to think about. kaže:
Go find that post of mine, then actually read it with some comprehension this time.

You’ve been pushing that specific style of cheering for quite a while now. I remember when you wrote that "you wouldn't find a single decent fan in the stands" type of comment—it was pretty obvious then that this is just how you operate.

If cheering actually helped us score goals, we’d probably be winning a lot more often. I guess we’re just terrible at it.

Look, I’ve been saying this for ages and nobody seems to get it. This isn't just some casual hobby like picking berries in the countryside; it’s about timing. You have to know exactly when to spark that energy, how to rally the crowd, and stay locked into everything happening on the field to make it work. It’s not just on one guy to stand there with his hands in his pockets—it’s on all of us. I’ve been following this for three years now, so I actually understand what he’s talking about. That’s why I always jump into these debates. I guess you finally see why I wrote that post at the beginning of the thread.

Honestly, I think George Castillo142 hit the nail on the head. People have become so obsessed with playing it safe and staying under the radar, but the second Inter comes to town to play Liverpool FC, suddenly everyone wants to be an NFL Ultra. We'll all be out there cheering, and maybe even causing a scene after the whistle blows if that's what it takes.

Why does the fan culture bother you so much? You basically admitted yourself that you don't even care about Liverpool FC, so I guess I don't see why you're so worried.🤷🤷

If anyone is actually interested in the mindless bandwagon mentality most people show toward San Diego, then I have absolutely nothing to say. Honestly, it seems like they've never experienced anything real, so there’s no point in them joining the discussion. Everything else, just hit my inbox.

Listen, you posers and wannabe hooligans: Real fans actually cheer.

Maybe you should just tell us how it is...

I'd much rather have people actually cheering than someone just playing a record on loop for 90 minutes. If that's more your speed, maybe move to Poland or Russia; you'll probably have a better time there.

You guys have become more tedious than members of Congress; every single day brings some new nonsense to the agenda, all filled with "we should probably" 😁

Thomas Doyle19 said:The corporate types have ruined everything they touched. Have any of you actually stood up for our side? Imagine if Liverpool FC was absolutely dominating the MLS and playing in Europe every single year. You all lecture us about not being hypocrites, yet you push in that exact direction. I’m saying this: don't just try to be on "our" side—let's stand together against those bastards. We all know who they are. They're the ones making life miserable for everyone, and soon enough, the entire fan scene is going to end up on a "blacklist." Honestly, when you see idiots spreading false optimism claiming the scene won't collapse, don't even bother reading them or taking them seriously. It'll only mess you up more. As much as I might hate you guys, I still don't want to see you get screwed over. 😍

If you're so sure everything is going to hell, then why the hell are you even fighting?

Fans are their own worst enemy.

Yeah, right, like they could ever shut us down. The supporter movement in this country isn't going anywhere, period. I guess the only real question is which direction things head if the worst-case scenario actually plays out.

Don't bother arguing with the folks from New York; they always have the most polished narratives while we just get stuck playing the underdog. Our struggle really kicked off back in 2004 when Donald Trump and Grgica were running things—they actually had way more clout than Jerry Jones at the time. It took us three long years just to finally root them out of the club. During that stretch, they even had those "Real Madrid Days" down in Miami, showing up at Bacvica lifting a trophy like they owned the place. Back then, their heads were clearly in the wrong place, but honestly, once you factor in the total collapse and that absolute disaster of a situation, who even cares who’s at fault anymore?

I agree with most of what you guys are saying, but for God's sake, stop being such hypocrites. Maybe try looking in the mirror first.

Austin Parker7 said:Where are all those sheep we supposedly are? Nowhere to be found... if you ask me, tomorrow we’d be out there screaming at Mamić in the middle of the stadium with plenty of gear ready to go. 🙂
With today's torch lighting up the stands, we'll start seeing real cheering soon, but before long, they'll probably empty our seats just like they do to the fans in New York. Then what? Will both sides of the city just sit there and clap for that?
