I’ve actually been mulling over the idea of putting together a Home Theater PC using a device like that myself. I’d love to hear more about how everything shakes out once you finally pull the trigger on the purchase.

Just as a little thought for you to chew on—maybe see if you can find a model that comes equipped with dual tuners...

The games actually look pretty decent. Look, I know we aren't talking about top-tier gaming rigs here, but the performance is surprisingly solid for what it is.

Have you experimented with using an expansion card to boost the storage? That seems to be the biggest hurdle for me—the internal storage just isn't cutting it. Having only 32GB total is a bit of a squeeze, especially when you realize you've only got about 16GB of actual breathing room left.

Think of this as a legitimate, full-fledged computer—it just doesn't have the massive footprint of a "standard" desktop tower.

I was mostly addressing the whole h265 situation and other codec concerns. At the end of the day, that really comes down to whatever software you decide to run on the machine. Sure, you might hit a few bumps with certain formats today, but I’m a firm believer that tomorrow there will be an update or a new app that handles everything flawlessly. Honestly, why even worry about tomorrow? You can already find software on a regular PC right now that plays these files without breaking a sweat. All you really have to do is install it. That’s actually the biggest selling point of a device like this.

The main drawback is obviously that you won't be playing the latest AAA titles on it, but if you're looking for a home media center or something to play lighter indie games, it's absolutely perfect. It's a genuine little PC—tiny, literally—that won't break the bank.
Hmm, I’m a bit stumped here. Why on earth does it work everywhere else? It was functioning perfectly fine right here just a little while ago, and now, suddenly, it's gone quiet. I haven't switched browsers, nor have I touched a single setting or option. It's one of those strange digital hiccups that just leaves you scratching your head, isn't it?
Everything was working perfectly fine until recently, but lately—I haven't been keeping a strict log, but it's been a few days now—keyboard shortcuts have just stopped responding altogether. 😢

My best guess is that there might have been some recent updates to the site templates or perhaps some JavaScript functions were disabled during a backend update. I'm fairly certain it isn't an issue with my own browser settings, as everything seems to be functioning flawlessly on other websites.

I would be incredibly grateful if these shortcuts could be restored. Honestly, I find it much more efficient to just hit Ctrl+B than to hunt around for the bold icon every single time I'm typing.

Thanks so much in advance for your help!

2. Based on what's right in front of us.

3. I didn't hand out the assignment myself; that was done by Adam Collins4, and I noticed the task still hadn't been handled after nearly 20 days, so my point definitely holds water.

4. What I'm seeing here is just your massive struggle with actually reading what's written.

See, I wasn't even sharing an opinion; I was stating the fact that this particular moderator—who was busy trolling and making things personal while bickering with a user—isn't being punished or sanctioned at all. As a user who's been slapped down much harder for way more trivial stuff, I'm left wondering why someone else gets a free pass to communicate like that when I certainly don't.

😁

This is easily my favorite part.

Honestly, hats off to them—at least someone here actually understands the job description. And from what I can gather, they seem to have a much better handle on it than the people actually doing the work. 🤣

The only real tragedy here is that you don't seem to know what *your* job is. Though, I suppose if you weren't constantly lecturing everyone else on how to do theirs, you might figure it out, right? 👍

We all encounter these self-appointed "experts" everywhere you go, but they're always just as entertaining in their sheer lack of insight...

Henry Hernandez7 said:True enough, but I’ve still got every right to call it like I see it, and what I see is that you guys aren't doing enough, because, if you'll let me finish, the whole MCA situation is still wide open, and honestly, I don't care if Anderson couldn't give a damn about this forum.

Look, that isn't really my concern, but how on earth can you claim to know exactly what their job description entails? And based on that, how can you conclude they aren't performing it adequately?

I suppose if you were actually the one assigning them tasks, and then noticed over time that they weren't being completed, your argument might carry some weight. But we aren't in that position, are we?

The way I see it, someone assumes they have all the facts, and then builds an entire theory upon a premise that—more often than not—turns out to be incorrect. That's usually how these kinds of posts come to be.

I actually don't think it's all bad! In fact, I've noticed that some of those annoying little glitches we used to see in the old template don't even show up anymore. 😁

Actually, it was introduced long before this current issue cropped up. It's been part of the setup for quite some time now.

He gave them a bit of a hard time about the template. I have a feeling things will eventually settle back to how they used to be...

Now, I should clarify that this wasn't actually planted here by Anheuser-Busch; rather, it was the Forum administration itself. They didn't just decide to adopt this particular style of advertising, they went a step further by making it so incredibly aggressive—I mean, sure, you can technically close the ad, but then the cookie expires by the next session, effectively forcing it right back in your face.
