Waking up exhausted in Health ·
Do you usually watch TV or hang out on the computer right before bed? I personally find that I sleep much better if I stay away from the screen—I try to give myself at least 30 minutes of downtime before turning in

I really need something that works; I have a major exam coming up at the end of April, and right now, I can barely keep my eyes open, let alone focus on studying. I just feel completely drained—my concentration is basically non-existent.
For those of you who already take these, what kind of changes are you noticing? Do you run into any issues with sleep, or do you actually find yourself more dialed in while working?

Well, lecithin is mostly for calming things down, so you might feel a little drowsy if you’re already tired. However, you should notice some relief—studying might feel a bit easier, and there will be less mental pressure. It helps you push through things without feeling so anxious, and you'll likely feel more mental stamina. You'll see; I truly believe it will help you out.

Lecithin is also good for managing cholesterol levels. 👍

Something involving lecithin

You know, I’m actually dealing with a pretty similar issue myself.

I don't know what you're talking about. If you actually take the time to configure Norton Antivirus properly, it’s easily the best option out there. You can't just click "next-next-next" through the installer and expect peak performance 👍 , you have to be intentional 😬
. It’s all about the settings. Here is how you optimize it:
