Boxing Diet & Nutrition Tips in Martial Arts & Combat Sports ·
- For your first meal, you really can't go wrong with oatmeal over things like Nesquik or sugary cereals; you actually need sustained energy if you're planning to hit the gym later.
- It’s probably smarter to consolidate your meals around 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM. If that doesn't work for your schedule, just make sure you grab some whey, glutamine, and glucose right after your workout.
- Around 4:00 PM, a little bit of fruit paired with some yogurt works well.
- By 6:00 PM, you could go with three eggs and a slice of toast, or if you prefer, just stick to the classic chicken and pasta combo.
- At 8:00 PM, try having about 100g of low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of milk.
- Then, maybe an hour or two before you head to bed, have another 150g of low-fat cottage cheese along with a handful of walnuts—or almonds or hazelnuts, whichever you have on hand—and maybe some bell peppers.
Let's say I'm a 20-year-old guy and I have quite a bit of hair growth on my stomach, chest, and back. Am I totally normal 😁?
What could an increase in body hair actually be a sign of?

Vahid is out here claiming beer has protein, but honestly, what is he even talking about? 😁
To be honest, I’d probably throw in some extra back exercises, whether at the gym or just at home, to help build up those muscles to better support my spine...
1. Dial back your monitor brightness. Most people leave it cranked up to 100%, but depending on your specific screen, dropping it down to about 20% is usually more than enough.
2. If you prefer working in a dimmer environment (which is what I mean by 😁), try placing a desk lamp behind your monitor to provide some ambient light.
Eye socket pain in Health ·
I’ve experienced this exact same thing before. It usually starts as this pain right behind my left eye and then eventually migrates up into my head. If I’m just sitting still and staying quiet, the pain isn't nearly as bad. I've started noticing a pattern where it seems to flare up whenever I'm really straining my eyes, which makes me wonder if there's a direct connection there. A few years back, I actually had my eye pressure checked at an appointment. The doctor just used one of those handheld devices to take a quick look—it took maybe two seconds tops—and she told me everything looked perfectly fine.
I’ve attached a PDF on recreation below, so you might want to dig through that for some advice. There is a massive thread on the subject as well, so it is worth taking a look
First off, the fundamentals: aim for five or six smaller meals throughout the day. Make sure your last meal—about an hour and a half before you hit the sack—is heavy on protein and fiber, something like cottage cheese paired with bell peppers. Eat a solid breakfast to kick things off, and just cut out the sweets, sodas, and alcohol entirely. If you really need a treat, maybe allow yourself one small thing once a week, like a single cookie, but that's it. You also need to join a gym and focus on weightlifting, followed by some steady cardio, like riding a stationary bike for 30 minutes.

It’s important to understand that you can't target fat loss naturally; you can't just pick a spot like your midsection and melt the fat away there. Doing crunches won't burn belly fat specifically...

Ultimately, everything comes down to you. You're looking at at least a year of hard work ahead of you. Whether you actually achieve your goals depends entirely on your discipline and how much effort you're willing to put in. Start tomorrow. Get to the gym even on those days when you really don't feel like going. You'll end up feeling stronger, faster, and more confident in your own skin.🙂 It's all mental. You aren't training to impress anyone else; you're doing this for your own health and for yourself.

NBA Apple would probably be pretty much the same thing as NBA nutrition, so I assume that label after the name—whether it's nutrition or biotech—just depends on whatever the manufacturer decides to put there, at least in my opinion...

It’s actually pretty solid. My only real gripe is that the vanilla version gets a bit too frothy compared to the chocolate one, but I haven't had a chance to try any of the other flavors yet...

Soybean prices took a sudden dip, and now, all of a sudden, everyone is acting like things are looking up again.😁
My bad, I just realized that hosting site isn't working. Give this link a shot instead: http://www.pohrani.com/

Soy Lecithin in Health ·
When it comes to soy, I'm really not convinced it actually boosts sperm counts 😁... I used to take Lecithin while I was studying and I still have a container of it lying around, but I'm not quite sure about what you're saying here... regardless, there isn't any amount of Lecithin that would be considered toxic

That should basically count as a solid meal for you... but if you do the math, 2.3kg works out to about 71 scoops, so just check your numbers. Otherwise, if you noticed, that shop over there has a discount running on MVP products right now, so you might as well take advantage of it 😁

Yeah, I'm pretty sure about the first one you mentioned, but I haven't really looked into the others

If you've got a 5lb tub, that's about 71 scoops if you're doing the math. If you're hitting the gym four times a week and just taking one scoop after each session, that container should last you roughly four and a half months.

I’d suggest grabbing some Optimum Nutrition. Honestly, they're solid—tastes great, doesn't break the bank, and mixes really smoothly. I just finished an entire two-pound tub of the chocolate flavor and moved on to vanilla. The only thing I've noticed is that the vanilla seems to foam up a bit more than the chocolate did...
