She definitely had work done, even if she denies it... though she won't say who did it.

Same deal as Lana Jurcevic.. this is DEFINITELY not a natural nose.🤷
redranger82 said:I actually posted a similar question a few weeks back, and honestly, I’m still hunting for more details on this exact topic:

So, $2.75 we're talking about septoplasty and aesthetics using an insurance referral?

And I’m also wondering—is it really true that every single public hospital is such a disaster that they can't produce a decent nose? Or are there actually some good ones out there (surgeons who actually want to do quality work without just chasing the money)? 😁? 😲

God, I really don't know if all of that is worth it for $2667....you should probably go in for consultations first...
You know what, it's tough... because those places do everything in a much worse way... you have these massive, thick tampons shoved up your nose for five days... whereas private clinics supposedly remove the packing or splints by the second day, which makes it a lot less painful (supposedly).
coastalpuma3 said:I have a deviated septum (though breathing isn't an issue), and my nose is pretty crooked toward the left side. It’s really starting to bother me aesthetically...
Is there any chance I could get this done through insurance (or at least have them cover half)? I can't afford the full amount right now $5000 (I can manage up to 😁 8,000), and I don't want to spend my youth stuck with an ugly nose 😢
Who's a decent surgeon?

I think so, yeah, but honestly, who knows how long you'll be stuck waiting on those lists... they're massive. And if I recall correctly, you'd be limited to doing it at a public hospital, which is basically a nightmare 🙄
I heard Glumicic asks for 8 $0.00, so frankly, he might be a better bet than anyone working out of a state hospital...
wearyotter112 said:I had my closed rhinoplasty done, and honestly, there was zero pain—I handled the whole thing like a pro. No issues at all, except for that annoying moment when they pull out the packing... But here's the kicker: the results are absolutely terrible. Now I’m looking at a revision surgery, which is why I've been asking about Zambell and Glushac. I'm really torn between those two.

Who did you go to for your procedure? I'm wondering if the closed method actually hurts less... or if it's basically all the same. As for Zambell... she does produce beautiful little noses.👍
Iva Saric claims she hasn't had any nose work done...
Regarding Zambelli, one girl actually went under his knife—she’s a member on page 79 of the Forum... she even posted a photo...
What I really want to know is, what kind of damage does he do to your wallet? How much does it cost to go to him?
Kimberly Baker13 said:Sorry, who on earth is this in the photo?

Some Canadian model whose nose got totally wrecked by plastic surgery...

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the nose either... but honestly, it looks way better than what she had before!
How long does it take for blood to drain from your throat?
rustygardener172 said:I actually threw up blood once... on my first night after surgery. I didn't want to write it here and freak everyone out for no reason. Vomiting after anesthesia is totally normal. Especially if you try to eat too soon.
When they were waking me up from the anesthesia, the very first thing out of my mouth was: "I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, and I have to pee." They all died laughing—how could I be hungry when I'd been on an IV drip? But there I was, restless and stubborn, eating chocolate cereal. 😁
Plus, you know how you get blood from your nose draining down into your throat and stomach after surgery? Fresh blood really irritates the stomach (at least for me). So... I felt a bit lightheaded, stood up, headed to the restroom, and tossed everything up. It was blood, obviously, because it was already sitting in my stomach from before. Nothing to be terrified about. 😁

😲 Ugh, I’m such a wimp... I can't handle seeing blood, it scares me instantly. :/
Zambelli 👍

Does anyone actually know what his rates are?
Amanda Davis15 said:Thanks for the tip... a friend actually mentioned him to me recently. I tried doing a little bit of Googling, but honestly, I couldn't find any decent reviews online. I’d travel pretty much anywhere if someone could just give me some clarity so I can finally figure out my next move... right now, I'm completely lost... is it my nose... tonsillitis... or is it definitely the nose!!! etc... it's awful, and my throat is killing me.😢 So, you're saying he's actually good?? Because despite knowing quite a few people in the ENT world, I've never even heard of him until today... hahahahaha... just what I need on top of everything else.☕ 😁

Hey there, Amanda Davis15, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of symptoms are you dealing with? For me, it’s this constant throat irritation, and my nasal passages burn whenever I breathe—it feels like cold air is constantly rushing in and then stinging my throat... oh, and yeah, my sinuses are a total mess too.😕
Betty Gonzalez41 said:No blood vomiting, no head exploding, what on earth are you talking about?
The only real headache after surgery is dealing with those nasal tampons... they aren't exactly comfortable, but you'll survive it.

I'm hoping so, 🙂 because my sinuses are already a mess and the irritation in my mucous membranes is constant. I really don't need things getting any worse than they already are...
I was browsing some medical forums earlier, reading through stories from people who went under the knife for nose surgery...
Basically... just nightmare fuel. Between the horror stories and the nasty comments, I ended up totally spooked. Is it actually that grim, or is everyone just being incredibly dramatic?
What do you mean, vomiting blood? Or having your head feel like it's splitting open? :O
I think a few of them actually have an idea of what things are like over in Mexico, though at the end of the day, this is still an American forum.
wearyotter112 said:My head starts throbbing just thinking about having to make a decision..............

I know exactly how you feel, lady.😁
Look, being completely honest here... I’ve spent so much time researching surgeons, and the thing is, there will always be people leaving negative comments. But honestly? That usually comes down to them—their own expectations, their pain tolerance, their personal experiences with doctors, and so on and so forth. Besides, why should anyone care if a doctor is a bit cocky or arrogant if he actually does an incredible job? I say that because I’ve heard some complaints regarding Zambelli (specifically about his bedside manner...), but the guy is truly top-tier and does beautiful work on small noses... Just look online; there's a video of him working on Kristina Lumbar's nose, that model... He even saved Severina's nose because she couldn't breathe after her previous surgeries had basically ruined it...

Here is a photo from Kristina L.

Severina

The man actually helped my mom's brother, who was completely disfigured in a car accident... Honestly, hats off to him for everything he fixed so perfectly.... 🙏

As for Zgaljardic... I've heard good things about him too, but I’ve had the chance to see a few before-and-after photos from people I know, and seeing their noses in person... for one guy, he fixed the profile (the hump is gone), but from the front, it’s like he didn't do anything at all... His nose still looks kind of crooked to me; I wonder why he didn't fix that part...
Do you honestly think an "external" procedure carries fewer "consequences" than an internal one...?
So, how long can you actually go breathing through your nose before you're forced to switch to mouth breathing?
silentotter99 mentioned that mouth breathing can actually mess up your tonsils, which honestly has me feeling a little anxious about the whole thing. 🙄
rustygardener172, I’m rooting for you if you decide to go through with the surgery!
I’ve actually made up my mind to do it, though I'm still torn on which surgeon to trust...

Zgaljardic, Zambelli, or Glumicic... oh, and Toncic too... ugh, the choices... :O
Good grief, my biggest fear is definitely getting a sore throat. My throat is just incredibly sensitive and seems to get inflamed all the time. :/
hmmmm.... I think I’m leaning toward finishing up with Zgaljardic... though I honestly have no idea how my nose is going to turn out. From what I’ve noticed, she doesn't really change much about the nasal shape—you can still see all those little irregularities. So, I don't know... just feeling a bit unsure about it all.
