The crew was here today and they completely demolished the partition wall behind my attic—the one that basically gave up during the last big storm. They’ve put up some drywall to try and keep me from freezing, but honestly, it’s far from over... God help me, I thought I was being optimistic about the snow, but I clearly underestimated how bad this winter is going to get. 🙄

As if I’d be joking about this. My lower back flared up so badly yesterday that I could barely crawl out of bed without a massive struggle, and I am being completely serious here. Naturally, everyone in my family just treated it like some punchline. 🤦So when the ground started shaking this morning, you can imagine—I was out of there like a shot. 🙏 🤣
