Just finished the first two episodes of the new season of Star Trek Discovery. Honestly, I’m just not feeling Discovery. I can’t seem to connect with the crew—not that I actually like them, but they’re starting to get on my nerves, too. Captain Pike is probably the only one who stands out, though I doubt he'll stay in command for long. The plot is fine, I suppose, even if it isn't exactly groundbreaking. It feels a bit like Voyager, with that whole premise about people being lost from Earth and aliens dragging them all the way to the Delta Quadrant. So, yeah—clearly running low on fresh ideas. I guess we'll see how they decide to develop the story from here.

There’s plenty of trolling and pointless chatter on Ljes—it's constant. My main way of trying to shut this down is by deleting the excess posts that just fuel more of the same. In my view, your post falls squarely into that category. Given that you posted right after a moderator warning, this could have easily been grounds for a formal strike. Ultimately, having the post deleted was probably the lighter option for you.
If the admins feel my judgment here is off, I suppose they can correct me.
