So, where am I even supposed to ask this? Looking around here, everyone seems to be talking about this surgery and everything sounds 🙂totally amazing... I'm just wondering if anyone actually has firsthand experience with them. There are way too many names being tossed around in these threads for me to keep track of everyone. I’m actually getting ready to book my own consultation soon, and since I'm out in Chicago, I've heard through the grapevine that they're basically the gold standard...
So, is it actually possible to just lift the nose slightly to smooth out that bump without having to narrow the nostrils? Like, nothing else. People keep insisting that you can't do one without the other, but I really don't want to deal with narrowing my nose if I don't have to.

So, here’s the deal: I’m from San Diego, and after years of overthinking it, I finally pulled the trigger on getting a nose job. It’s purely cosmetic—no breathing issues or anything medical to fix, just aesthetics. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Miller back home, but we weren't really on the same page. I have zero interest in looking like a plastic Barbie; I just want a nose that looks natural and normal. I’ve since had a consult with Dr. Harrison, and now I’m stuck spinning my wheels between him and Dr. Bennett. Anyone been through this? I'd love to hear what you guys think.
