I'm not entirely sure myself—I haven't made it out there yet—but that's what the folks on the rock forum who actually attended were saying.

Look, they’re never around during the summer. People take vacations—just like any other club would. It's simply the off-season right now. Things will pick back up in September, and besides, there were a few festivals going on in the meantime, so that's that. 😁

Arca Fiumana is basically the only spot in town where you can actually walk in hoping the music selection won't be total garbage.

Booka is 😎 over by the downtown district if you can't find anything decent elsewhere—even if the vibe there is usually pretty rotten (same goes for Stereo). You've also got BRM, and if I recall correctly, Louise opened up almost immediately with a very similar setup. If you want something a bit classier, you could always hit up Auntie Rose's new spot.

So, the name changed and the owner switched, but who cares? It was never going to be an icon like The Pancake House anyway. Besides, there are plenty of newer, better spots out there—Booker’s, Big Rock Mamma, Stereo...
