Well, the HD 6750 and the HD 6770 aren't actually the same cards. 😵
It’s probably just some outdated pricing markup, because the HD 6770 is definitely more powerful than the 6750.

This might be the best-buy AM3+ board out there, if you consider the 990XA-UD3
Or maybe the Asrock 870 Extreme3 Rev.2.0 is the better budget pick. It’s pretty similar to what Gigabyte offers, though I guess that weaker 4+1 power delivery might hold back your overclocking just a little bit.
Both are AM3 + boards, so they’ll handle Bulldozer chips, but honestly, they’re pretty weak. They only have 3+1 phase regulation and lack USB 3.0, SATA3, and those fancy features 😬
I wouldn't recommend any kind of overclocking on them; I suspect they'd struggle even with a 125W CPU running at stock speeds. 😉
Usually, you get more bang for your buck with cheaper RAM—better value and longer warranties... unless, I guess, you're the type to overclock everything just to chase benchmark records 😬
Yeah... honestly, just grab the Intel Athlon II X3 450. You can probably bump it up by 100MHz with just a couple of clicks in the BIOS, which saves you $20 😉 . And as for the Radeon HD 6770, you could pick one up for less than those $253, and it’ll actually perform better.

The power supply isn't exactly the best choice, I guess, but at least it comes with a 2-year warranty and this setup is super low on power consumption.
Grab a 6800GT; you probably won't find a better AGP card for that kind of cash. I guess on paper, it's about as strong as an HD 5550(DDR2), so it isn't exactly ancient junk. 😉
Theoretically, it’s about four times more powerful than that 9600 SE Benjamin King2 is using, so I'm not sure what you're getting at there... Edit: How were we supposed to know you were looking to spend up to $50? 😬
The 9600SE isn't actually that much better than a 9250... I guess I don't see how it makes sense when you can grab a 6800GT for just $17 more.
I saw this listing for an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card on Craigslist earlier. It looks like a decent deal if you need something basic, though I guess it depends on what you're trying to run. Maybe worth a look if you're on a budget.
Take this...
Both graphics cards use an AGP interface, so they both work. I guess you could try to squeeze them down on the price a bit more, though. $67 😉
