Insane winter chill! in Health ·
I’m definitely not the only one here🤣—and honestly, like another user mentioned earlier: I totally get what you all are going through😉
I deal with quite a few health issues, but man... my circulation is just non-existent. It’s been so bad that I actually started taking Ginkgo supplements just to cope. I am perpetually freezing—even in the middle of summer, I’ve got long sleeves ready to go the second the sun goes down. Seriously, looking back at the entire summer, there were maybe two nights where it felt warm enough that I couldn't sleep, and even then, I still needed a sheet over me🙂It’s pretty obvious my main issues are poor circulation and blood pressure—I actually ended up with frostbite on my left foot this past winter because of it🤷I’ve already reached the point where I’m sleeping in socks☕
URGENT: Medical treatment in China! in Health ·
Looks like there's going to be another segment today about medical treatments in China over on ABC during their live broadcast!

Look, it shouldn't be that hard for someone to just recap what went down on TV.
The airtime is terrible for me—I won't be anywhere near a screen during that slot.
Unless there’s some late-night rerun scheduled, I'm out of luck.

As far as I know, there aren't any reruns. Your only bet is if someone actually records it.

Look, I don't know the first thing about MS, so I can't say if these kinds of fluctuations are typical for the disease, but the girl is actually up and walking.
I told my cousin she should really go out and ask some experts about all of this.

I’ve been through those exact same phases myself—times when I could barely even walk, only to have things turn around and improve again.
Every case of MS is different. I honestly don't doubt that the treatment they received over there worked, but that specific association charges way too much money for their services. I really hope your friend stays in this good state.👍

Super, and I completely agree—I truly believe this whole "healing" thing is one massive scam. They even had a doctor on the show who confirmed it.

The absolute worst part about all of this is the fake promises of a cure and the danger of convincing people to stop taking their actual medication. That’s exactly what that fraud Shen Chi was doing (I can't remember if that's the exact spelling).

Yeah, today is just a follow-up on the story involving the people from that association.
The journalists did a great job—they actually put in the effort to let people speak up about what happened.
It’s honestly pathetic how they prey on people, shipping them off to China at these outrageous prices when we know for a fact that medical treatments there aren't actually expensive. This needs to stop, once and for all!

Coming up today, we're diving into a segment about medical treatments over in China on ABC's premier program, America Live!👍

MS is an incurable disease—though, fingers crossed, we see a breakthrough soon.
Regarding all these trips and the grand promises of a cure, I honestly think the whole thing is one massive scam. I’ve been living with multiple sclerosis for 10 years now, and there have been times when I could barely—if not at all—move. While spending time at a wellness retreat or a spa always helps me manage my symptoms, I find it incredibly bold of them to claim they can actually CURE MS. I'm not so sure about their efficacy regarding other conditions.
It would be great if anyone who has dealt with this organization stepped up, went public, and reached out to reporters at shows like 60 Minutes to help expose these fraudsters once and for all.
The issue likely isn't China, where the treatments are supposedly cheap; it's the people masquerading as humanitarians just to get rich off someone else's suffering.
