I’ve been relying on operil spray for about two months now because nothing else seems to touch this congestion... my sinuses are absolutely trashed. Is surgery actually an option for something like this?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid gynecologist? It could be someone in private practice; I'm just really looking for a thorough exam, because my current doctor is supposedly one of the most famous in the city, yet somehow nothing ever feels right...

I hadn't even considered a fungal infection... though I suppose it’s possible.
I've noticed this happening before whenever things get a little too intense physically; that sensitive skin just gets irritated.
My partner lives quite a distance away, so when we finally get together, we tend to make up for lost time, and sometimes that frequency comes with its own set of side effects.

Of course... I'm scheduled for the swab this Friday, though the nurse at the university clinic suggested it might be worth seeing a specialist in private practice instead, wouldn't you agree?

The doctor diagnosed me with chlamydia, though he didn't actually run a swab test—he just reached that conclusion based on a single symptom... which feels a bit strange to me, but I suppose I'll just take his word for it.

Does anyone happen to know what kind of condition might cause an itchy groin in a man, especially during urination, when the partner shows no symptoms but is clearly a carrier and both people would need to undergo treatment?
