It’s got some limited functionality before you actually get verified. I'm not entirely sure what the exact walls are... maybe you can't trigger payouts or send funds to other users until everything is cleared.
When you go to send money, you’d expect to see the recipient's actual info pop up. But since you can actually use some of these features before an account even gets fully verified, there's a real chance the data you're seeing is just total fiction.

If I swap my dollars for euros, what am I supposed to do with them if I don't have an IBAN or a debit card? (Unless you count that Supersport card, but I doubt you can just walk into a store and swipe that for groceries.)
Since they added location selection under the Services tab, I'm guessing they're planning to roll out services in other countries that require foreign currency—though I tried picking a few different places and nothing showed up yet.

Those $62 for setting up an account number where anyone can send you money, regardless of whether you have a Bank account or not. Money can hit your balance through other routes too—like currency conversions from different denominations, topping up via card, or getting a transfer from another Bank account user (kind of like how those other fintech apps work, though I'm not entirely sure what's actually on the table for business users)
It works fine on personal accounts, though I'm not too sure about business ones—plus, you wouldn't even deal with conversions because it just stays in USD. You can hold a balance without needing a specific account number...
