Complaint about thread removal on Red Bull regarding pregnancy in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Just so we’re clear—I started reading through the leftovers, and before any moderator could even blink, I spotted five grayed-out names... so naturally, I asked what was going on. Luckily, since the mods were apparently catching some Z's, I didn't get banned instantly and managed to edit my post before I caught the same fate.
I wasn't trying to play the martyr—or being stupid, if we're being honest—I just asked a logical question. You disappear for one day, you log back in, and suddenly everything is grayed out. Of course I'm going to ask why. Especially since when I went to read the last posts from those banned users, they didn't look like anything worth a ban to begin with. Then I realized they had been wiped entirely...

And let's be real here—I don't even hang out on RiD... TZ is pretty much my limit... and since TZ is its own chat topic, it’s totally unfair to ban a bunch of us hormone enthusiasts just for asking questions in the right thread...
Anyway, that's all there is to it.

I’ve honestly been feeling so lucky up until now, so I’m just praying I merely overexerted myself a little. I really hope this passes soon so they don't keep feeling like heavy stones :/
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 😢

The hands too... 😢 and the wrists...
It’s driving me absolutely insane how, especially over this past week, everyone keeps asking why I haven't quit my job yet... I am losing my mind with that question.😠
Zachary Gray35 said:I remember once seeing a woman on here say that some acquaintance of hers deserved whatever tragedy hit her just because of how she acted.
It honestly sickened me to see one woman wish that kind of thing on another, regardless of what she’d done.
I wondered what kind of mindset you have to possess to even think that, let alone type it out. But look, this is a public forum; we can't see facial expressions or real-time reactions, we only see the words on the screen. That’s why it’s smart to think twice before hitting post—we don't all process things the same way. What might seem like a harmless jab to you feels like nothing but a nasty comment from one woman to another to me, especially since you only know people on MiM through their writing. 🤷

A smarter woman would have just said: God forbid she ever has to go through what I went through, and may she have an easy life with zero problems.

That’s exactly what I wished for that user mentioned earlier, and I hope that's what actually happened. 😉

I’m not the type to talk behind people's backs, so I’ll just be direct about how I saw and felt this situation.
MiM wrote something—likely without thinking it through—that wasn't exactly classy. My guess? She was just angry and phrased it clumsily, which made the whole context look bad.

Furthermore, Anthony Watson35, I don't think there's any point in fanning the flames, and that's exactly what you're doing right now, which I'm not a fan of. 😉

Well, I'm the one who wished it on another woman... and honestly, I'm still not sure if I regret it. I said it to Marijani Petir after one of her speeches during the Congress on the MPO law. It was back when someone very close to me was going through yet another failed IVF cycle, and Petirka had the nerve to start talking about God and all those other ridiculous excuses for why this disgrace they call a Law should pass. So, yeah, I wished it on her. I thought, fine, go ahead and have kids, but let it take five tries to get there...
She deserved to feel a little bit of that poison herself. 😠😢
This hemorrhoid pain is driving me absolutely insane...
The local news outlets are driving my blood pressure through the roof with these horror stories about childbirth... Honestly, if things were already bad, there’s no need to terrorize pregnant women who are already terrified enough as it is...
And don't even get me started on the tabloids and news sites... 😠 They're just peddling these mindless stories that are basically nothing more than pre-election propaganda. It's the government playing the "look how much we care about our citizens" card. They're hoping the majority is distracted by all this performative concern long enough to ignore how much taxpayer money they've flushed down the drain...
My husband and sons actually had me in tears last night... they were bickering like a bunch of thirteen-year-olds. I’ve got three kids at home, God help me... and another one on the way. I’m seriously considering checking myself into a mental health facility 😢
It’s frustrating when the grocery store is miles away and I’m craving nectarines 👎
I'm also annoyed with my husband. He just doesn't give me enough attention. I want him to pamper me and look after me—I'm pregnant, so I need that—but he always seems to have something "more important" to do. Look, it's true he's a hard worker and pulls his weight both at the office and at home, but what's the point of being productive if you're ignoring your wife?
I did the same thing and went straight to checking that person's post history... once I realized what was actually going on 😠

I got married at 20, pregnant... we’d been engaged for a few months before it happened. We decided then and there that this was it—we wanted to have kids while we were still young rather than being "old parents"—but the first pregnancy just sort of... happened. A condom failed... oops...
For me, it felt like a "gift from above" via my then-unmarried partner...
We never once regretted deciding to go through with the pregnancy as if we’d planned it. We took responsibility. He jumped into a job immediately, I followed suit a little later, and our parents helped us get on our feet. We scraped by however we could. Then came the second kid—we didn't want too big of an age gap, so it ended up being about two and a half years apart. Fast forward to today: we’re finishing our house, we both have steady jobs, and the kids are all grown... Honestly, if it weren't for his diabetes, I’d say we have a perfect life. It's pretty close to perfect, because despite everything we've been through (and there were some really rough patches), we're happy and we love each other (well, except when my hormones are acting up 😬)... and now we're waiting on baby number three...
edit: hit send too early... basically, I just wanted to say that everyone needs to own their own actions and consequences. It really gets under my skin when people take the path of least resistance and expect others to deal with the fallout 😠
Ugh... she totally threw me off my game, but then I saw how Adam Evans62 handled her with such class that I decided to just bite my tongue. Adam Evans62 played it so graceful, and honestly, I didn't want to let my inner construction worker take over. 😬
p.s. the current state of things at the office is driving me insane... 😢 I don't know if any of you have dealt with a boss who genuinely doesn't grasp his own job, but honestly, it feels like the absolute worst-case scenario for a company. And there’s no teaching him anything because, in his mind, he’s already the smartest guy in the room just because he ran his own small business for years. He doesn't seem to realize that running a hotel chain and managing a dental practice aren't exactly the same thing... unless we start treating toothaches like a hospitality issue. It's exhausting.
Hannah Lewis2 said:It drives me absolutely nuts that I can't just manifest a baby through sheer willpower. ☕

Well, try forcing it with willpower and see if the baby actually comes... 🙂 trust me... all you've got is willpower, otherwise you're just screwed...
As for when the baby refuses to come even though you want them to, that's a whole different headache. Personally, late May works great for me... my son always gets perfect weather for his birthday... 😉
I can't stand people who just stick their noses where they don't belong. :mrgud: Honestly, if it makes you feel any better, one day or another, they're going to end up face-planting right into someone's dirty backside... and that's the only thing keeping me sane. :lalalalalala:
It’s driving me crazy, feeling this pathetic and miserable... I can't seem to help myself, and I have no clue how to snap out of it. I just can't stop crying.
This little monster in my gut is driving me insane... instead of kicking against my ribs, he’s playing soccer with my right ovary and using my intestines as a punching bag... listen, sweetie, Mommy still needs those organs, so please turn those tiny feet into hands and face the world outside this abdominal wall... thanks...
Checking the comments this morning... and yikes. As soon as they hear it’s her third boyfriend... hello? What’s the actual issue here?
neonsurfer32, just a heads-up: don't wait until you're heavily pregnant to start dealing with this... kick them out every single time they start acting like idiots. Sit down with your mother-in-law, keep it calm, and make it clear that whether you've been here two weeks or two years, you’re a full member of this family and you have a right to some peace. Tell her she can go visit the grandkids at her daughter-in-law's place instead... and that's it.
The longer you put this off, the worse it's going to get for you. Deal with it... now.
re nata - I totally get where you're coming from... honestly, I’d be losing my mind too. It’s one thing to come over for lunch once in a blue moon, but 😲 prepping full meals every single day while they’re supposed to be at school or daycare is just too much. Especially when you know you'll end up stuck making a huge pot of chili just to have them turn the house upside down immediately after. You really need to sit them down and explain that this is your house, and they follow your rules here. You have to set those boundaries now, otherwise, it’s just going to escalate into worse stuff—like them grabbing money or things from you without asking. I dealt with a situation almost identical to yours once.
Ronald Williams9 said:I was absolutely livid back on Friday dealing with some jerk at a local farmers market in Chicago...

So, I’m out doing my weekly grocery run, picking up bits and pieces, when I spot some Granny Smith apples$2.00/lb
They looked homegrown—smaller than the supermarket stuff, but they looked great. I decided to grab 2kg worth, but the guy starts shoving the apples from the back toward me instead of letting me pick the ones in front. When I told him I wanted the ones closer to the front, he just brushed me off, saying, "They're all the exact same thing." Fine, I thought, I'll take his word for it.
Well, turns out he was lying through his teeth. He sold me apples with wrinkled, shriveled skin. I don't even see fruit looking that bad on clearance at a Walmart or a Kroger. What an absolute crook.
I am never going back. I honestly cannot wrap my head around this certain type of American mentality where people think it's okay to cheat customers like that. There is zero chance I'm buying anything from him ever again.

I never let them bag my fruit for me. I always grab my own bag so I can pick exactly what I want...
Next time, bring a friend along and make sure to loudly announce—"We aren't buying from here, this guy's a total scammer"—especially if you've been ripped off before. I even got scammed when I was pregnant... edit: just make sure there’s a crowd nearby when you call them out.😁
The photos are lying to me... trust me... I’ve already put on 11 pounds (16 weeks 😲) and it’s all settling in my hips and butt. Even looking at a front-on shot, I can see my hips have widened out 😂
But honestly? I'm at the stage where I just don't care anymore... and I actually feel great 😬
