What keeps you scrolling? Why do you spend so much time online? in Psychology & Therapy ·

I just really enjoy being online 😍

And honestly, I don't get why people always try to draw these parallels suggesting that anyone who spends a lot of time on the internet is antisocial, or doesn't have a real life, or is somehow alienated, blah blah blah...

I mean, come on—you’ve gotta have some kind of actual reason for being glued to the screen like this. You can't just exist in digital space for no reason, right? There's always a motive behind that endless scrolling.

Look, we seriously need to start drawing some lines in the sand for those people who basically live their entire lives online—and I’m not just talking about some random Reddit thread, either.
Look, I’m not trying to step on any moderator toes here—seriously, I know how this works—but honestly, this whole thread is leaning way more toward health than anything else. See, people think "health" just means you aren't currently lying in a hospital bed, but that's such a narrow way to look at it; it’s a massive, broad concept when you really get into it. And regarding what you said about sharpening your other senses... yeah, I’m totally with you there. When one sense goes completely dark, it’s definitely possible for the others to dial it up to compensate. It actually happens to me too—I'll suddenly feel this weird little "micro-earthquake" right under my feet, and if I were to ever mention it to anyone, they’d probably look at me like I’ve lost my mind, only for the news to report a tremor later on.

Nicholas Gomez27, seriously, what you're trying to pull is not okay at all.

I’ve just been sticking to Optimum Nutrition Elite Whey right after my workouts... specifically the chocolate flavor😬
but honestly, I am so over this taste... is there anything actually good out there? And seriously, why don't they sell those little sample packets?😍

Look, I wouldn't be the guy to judge your taste buds, but when it comes to timing—personally, I think you're better off slamming that stuff before you even hit the gym. It just makes sense to have those nutrients already circulating in your system right when your body starts screaming for them, rather than making it wait until you're finished...
GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post) in Desktops ·
Does anyone actually get what Stream processors, texture units, and ROPs really do? I'm asking because—and I've been staring at these spec sheets for way too long now—it’s pretty obvious that just looking at the GPU clock speed, the VRAM, and the bus width isn't enough to pick a decent card. Seriously, if anyone out there actually understands this jargon, please hit me up with an answer.
If you could come back to life, would you? in Spirituality ·
Michael Moore3 said:Imagine a moment where you’re facing your own end, fully aware of the finality of it all—everything you’ve built, everything you’ve owned, and the entirety of your physical existence on this planet...
And then, with that heavy realization, you’re asked a single question: Would you choose to return to an Earth like this one? You’d start over as a completely different person, free from the baggage and anxieties of your previous life, beginning from scratch with the absolute freedom to design a life exactly how you want it. The only thing that carries over is your core essence, the fundamental "you." Would you actually opt back into a material existence like ours?"

So, would you take that deal? Yes or no, and what’s the reasoning behind it? 🙂

Hahaha, "come back" from where? Look, if you don't know, usually when you die, you end up six feet under in some cemetery in the States, and that's it—game over, no return ticket. So the whole premise is kinda pointless...
The real move is just to live this life as best as you can right now, instead of obsessing over how to crawl back after you're gone.... 😲😲
