Shout out to collegiumjugend for breaking down how to kill those annoying redirects in Safari—seriously, life saver. It’s such a pain in the ass when you're just trying to browse and suddenly you're being bounced all over the place. Honestly, it’s kind of a bummer there isn't a dedicated extension for it, or even something similar available for Microsoft Edge. Just one of those things, I guess.

So, I finally bit the bullet and crawled back to Safari. Honestly? It feels like coming home after a long, exhausting trip through some absolute hellscape.

Linda Jackson31 said:Honestly... I feel you. Everything is just hitting the fan right now and I am totally over it.

Listen to what that guy is saying—it’s dead simple and honestly works like a charm in Safari.

I can't believe I'm even typing this out—it’s just one of those days where everything feels like a massive uphill battle against stupidity. Honestly, I feel like I'm constantly shouting into a void filled with people who wouldn't know common sense if it hit them in the face like a runaway freight train. It’s that same old pattern, isn't it? You try to make a point, you lay out the logic, and then you get met with nothing but blank stares or, even worse, that smug, "I know better" attitude from people who clearly haven't read a single book since high school. It’s exhausting. I swear, I spend half my life just trying to navigate through the sheer, unadulterated nonsense that passes for conversation these days. It makes me want to just pack it all in, grab a coffee, and stare at a wall for three hours—which, let's be honest, would probably be more productive than most of the debates happening online right now. Anyway, I'm just venting. My brain feels like it's been through a blender. Just one of those things, I guess. kaže:
So, look—if you're trying to fix that annoying redirect issue in Safari, here’s the drill: just head over to Tools, then Options, hit Advanced, and under General, you'll see the "warn me when websites try to redirect" setting. Just check that box, kill the app, and relaunch it. Usually, that does the trick.
Help! What's going on with Reddit? in Forum Help! ·
Man, I barely even managed to get onto this forum. How do I stop it from constantly forcing me over to Microsoft Edge?
Are you kidding me? A few tense scenes? The whole damn movie is one giant, heart-pounding sequence—I have no idea how you even managed to break it down into "scenes."

For me, that impossible mission was absolutely killer.
Seriously, everyone needs to go see this.
Drew Sanchez82 said:It’s not going to happen that quickly. Everything we're seeing for the next few weeks is just going to be rougher, unpolished versions.

Honestly, I’d rather just head down to the cinema. 😁
Anyone know where I can find a decent stream, or maybe just a solid place to download a movie?

Everywhere I've checked lately, the quality is straight-up garbage.

1. Nica (2)
2. Fiona (2)
3. Spy (1)
4. Uncle Charlie (1)
5. The Observer (1)

Honestly, the only one missing from this list is Velia. She hasn't hit me with a ban yet—lucky me, right? haha. She doesn't walk around with that annoying "I'm the boss" attitude, and man, I really hope she keeps it that way. 😁 Plus, when she actually does call someone out, she actually explains why, which is a huge win in my book.

Patrick Miller3 said:Look, if you're really that desperate to hide behind a second handle, go for it—honestly, nobody’s going to stop you or play bodyguard. I mean, if you suddenly need to ask some sensitive question over in the health subforum and you don't want your usual crew of forum buddies breathing down your neck or knowing your business, why not? It's your life. No one's here to police your privacy or tell you how to manage your digital footprint. Just do what you gotta do.
Look, there’s a massive difference between using a clone to help out with stuff and using one to troll people—especially when you're trying to bypass a ban just to keep barking about the same topic you were kicked for in the first place. There's a line, and crossing it is just pathetic.

And honestly? You can just flip that modem into bridge mode too—then your provider starts throwing a whole bunch of completely different IPs at you. It’s a total game changer if you're trying to dodge their tracking.
...and honestly, you could just use that too—if you're feeling adventurous. Man, I was just thinking about that whole "ultra surf" vibe—you know, that feeling when you’re just completely wiped out after a massive session? It’s like that specific kind of exhaustion where your limbs feel like lead, but your brain is still buzzing from the adrenaline. Honestly, it reminds me of those long, grueling shifts I used to pull back in Chicago—just pure, unadulterated grind until you're basically a zombie. It’s funny how we chase that feeling, though. We spend all this time and money, fighting the elements and getting absolutely pummeled by the waves, just to reach that point of total depletion. It’s almost masochistic if you think about it—we seek out the chaos just to find that weird, quiet emptiness afterward. Kind of like how people obsess over those high-intensity CrossFit workouts in New York; they want to be pushed to the absolute brink just to feel alive for a second. Anyway, just some random late-night rambling for ya. Some little app that makes it impossible to track you down anywhere in the Bahamas...
Look, most of these clones don't even realize they’re dead giveaways—they can't hide the fact that their "handwriting" gives them away every single time. It’s like they think they're being subtle, but once you spot that specific rhythm or those weird little quirks in how they structure a sentence, the whole illusion just falls apart. It's honestly kind of pathetic how predictable they are.
Look, we all have that one specific vibe—you know, that unique way we carry ourselves, the way we write, even how we handle our "enemies"—so honestly, trying to play undercover is a losing game. It’s actually pretty easy to spot a clone, no matter how hard someone tries to mask their tracks. You can change the words, sure, but you can't really fake that underlying DNA, right?

Look, all that talk about ISPs dynamically assigning IP addresses is great and all—it’s fine for most people—but it doesn't exactly help those of us who actually need some stability. Since you clearly know your way around a router, I figured I'd pick your brain: do you have any straightforward, "no-headache" solutions for getting a static IP?
I honestly don't even know where to start with this one—it’s just one of those things that makes you want to stare at a wall for an hour. You see these discussions popping up all over the place, people acting like they've cracked some grand code, when really, it's just the same old nonsense dressed up in a new suit. It’s exhausting, truly. I feel like I'm constantly watching the same movie on loop, just waiting for a plot twist that never actually comes. Anyway, just my two cents—don't mind me. kaže:
Look, since IP addresses are basically baked into the DNA of this forum, I don't see why anyone’s making a thing out of it—talking about them is totally fair game here.

Wait, so you’re actually asking if this forum identifies people solely by their IP address? Honestly, that sounds like some low-rent, amateur hour setup to me—like something you'd see on a sketchy message board from the early 2000s. In any decent, modern American web community, an IP address is just one tiny, messy piece of the puzzle. It’s basically just a digital fingerprint of where your connection is coming from, not a full-blown ID card. I mean, think about it—between cookies, browser fingerprinting, and all those tracking pixels companies like Google or Meta use to follow you around the internet like a lost puppy, an IP alone isn't exactly "identification" in the way most people think. Most serious platforms use actual account credentials—emails, usernames, passwords, the whole nine yards—to keep things organized. Relying on just an IP would be a total nightmare for anyone trying to manage a real community; you’d have half your users getting flagged just because they’re using a public Wi-Fi at a Starbucks or a shared network at a dorm in Chicago. It’s just not how things work in a properly run US-based site.
IP Address Issues in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Maybe it’s just down to the sheer number of IP addresses the ISP is handing out?

So, how does the system even catch clones when they’re constantly rotating through dynamic IPs and wiping their entire cache clean?
Visionaries in Spirituality ·
Aha, so now that we’ve decided that’s actually a pretty catchy sentence, we’re left with the real head-scratcher—is it even grammatically sound or just some weird linguistic fluke?
If I’m following your logic correctly, you're basically saying that people who actually have stuff to dream about are living these mediocre, lackluster lives because they're fundamentally lacking in vision.

That's a wild way to look at it.

But seriously, how are you supposed to actually achieve anything in this life if it wasn't already part of some grand, delusional dream you had beforehand?
Visionaries in Spirituality ·
So, I stumbled upon this heavy-duty sentence the other day—not even my own thought, just something some girl said:

"Just imagine being someone who never even had something to dream about."

Criminal profiling: What makes them tick? in Psychology ·
Hannah White2 said:I’ve actually seen this firsthand with certain people I know—friends, acquaintances, whatever.
It’s like they’re being pushed toward a new level of delinquency because what would be a huge rush for the average person feels like just another Tuesday to them. They were always the ones standing out in a crowd, pushing more suggestible people into situations they didn't actually want to be in. Now, many of those suggestible types have grown up to have clean records and stable lives, while the others... well, they either ended up dead in some dark alleyway or are currently rotting away in some prison cell.

That’s a beautiful, simple way to put it.

I don't buy the idea that there are "pure nature" types. Look, a Pit Bull has a massive instinct to attack another dog, sure, but with the right training, you can change that behavior entirely.

That's true, but then why does one person take a completely different path even when they face the exact same circumstances?

Maybe you're thinking about the brother of that criminal? Look, maybe he just isn't as sensitive to all that stuff—maybe his head stays a bit clearer during those moments of... I don't know, "agony" or whatever you want to call it.

Steven Allen9 said:Is there actually a genetic blueprint that makes someone a born criminal, or is it all just shaped by their early years?

Isn't it obvious when you look at these people? You can practically see the criminality written all over their faces, or am I just falling for the media hype?

The way I see it, criminals come from three main roots:
-revenge
-genetics
-childhood trauma

Honestly, what a person turns into mostly comes down to how they were raised—specifically that early childhood period. The way parents treat a kid in those first few years sticks with them forever; it basically "programs" the brain. That’s exactly when those core personality traits get baked in, and they stay dominant for the rest of their lives.
Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Michael Perez7 said:I try to keep my muscles guessing every single week by throwing in different exercises—just so I don't get stuck doing the same old routine... I've been using creatine monosaccharide, but I actually stopped taking it about 25 days ago because apparently you need to take a break after a loading phase. Some guy at my local gym recommended it to me, so I'm just checking here to see if anyone else has actually tried doing that.

Where on earth are you pulling all these "new" exercises from? What happens once you've cycled through every move in the book? 🤷

And regarding the creatine—honestly, man, you’re going to be waiting a long time before you even notice any real effects, and that whole loading and unloading phase thing is totally unnecessary...
I'm too polite (old-school manners) in Psychology ·
Look, being polite and having good manners is all well and good, but let’s be real—culture is just a tiny, superficial slice of who someone actually is. You can play the part of a sophisticated gentleman perfectly while being a complete hypocrite underneath it all. Honestly? Those are the absolute worst kind of people in my book.

Man, thanks for clearing that up for me. So you're saying the mods aren't even lifting a finger here—it’s all just automated junk running in the background.

Lock it.
Can't delete my own posts! in Forum Help! ·
Look, I get it—I know if someone actually replies to my thread, I'm stuck with whatever nonsense I wrote because I can't delete it anymore. But since nobody’s jumped in yet, I figured I’d ask. Just curious, though... can a mod actually flip a switch and stop a user from deleting their own posts?

Anyway, thanks for the assist.
Can't delete my own posts! in Forum Help! ·
Does anyone have a clue why I can't delete my own posts anymore? Like, just a few days ago it was totally fine—I could wipe stuff out whenever—but tonight? Nothing. Just stuck with whatever I wrote.
Man, I’d give anything to be a real man myself.

Jamie Jackson3 said:Personally, I’d love to be a man just for the chance to show other guys what actual leadership looks like. Men would follow a leader, whereas they rarely bother with women. As for what women have done for the world? We’ve spent our lives dealing with mountains of men who didn't deserve to exist, let alone be tolerated. It’s an old saying for a reason: only a mother could love them. I’m honestly curious—if a uterus were transplanted into a male body, how many men would actually be willing to endure pregnancy and childbirth? And regarding what men have contributed to society... well, that depends on which part of the world we're discussing... but globally speaking, everything seems to be going to hell... so, you decide.

Same here.👍

But seriously though. I think those days are long gone where being a leader was tied to being male. If someone isn't a leader at their core, they aren't going to lead anyone—doesn't matter if they're a man or a woman, period.
