KERS—you can tell there’s actual potential there, but it feels like all that power just gets swallowed up by this chaotic mess of diffusers and aero. And don't even get me started on the tires. What kind of rubber is this where they can't even sustain performance for 15 or 20 laps? These ultra-softs are basically disintegrating after four or five laps—is that some kind of joke? It makes me think back to 2005—I think I actually nailed the year right—when they used one set of tires for the whole weekend. As for Ferrari, their strategy was just... meh. They really should have just loaded up Massa and Kimi with extra fuel and called it a day. (Though, honestly, I’m still wondering what on earth happened to Massa.) Huge props to Gumbek, Rubens Barrichello, and Toyota, though—they drove an absolute masterclass 😉
