If you plug in the USB\VID_148F&PID_7601&REV_0000, it might pull up some drivers, but honestly, the websites I found didn't seem very reliable.
Have you tried anything else yet? I noticed you mentioned you already attempted to use some drivers.
Already downloaded a few versions. Same result every time. Maybe if I paste that exact string into Google again, something will finally stick.
No dedicated GPU, just running on the integrated graphics from the CPU at 1GB.
1.) Picked up a Ralink USB Wi-Fi Adapter on eBay for about $27. Trying to install it using the CD that came in the box, but it's a bust. Windows 8.1 sees the device, but it keeps throwing an error like the one in this pic.
I've tried downloading a few different drivers, but it's the same old story. Either it says it can't run the installer, or the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray won't even open. What's the deal?
2.) I can't bump the shared video memory past 1GB in the BIOS, even though both the board and the CPU specs say it should handle up to 1.8GB.
Yeah, you're right. You gotta enjoy life while you can.
She did her Pap smear and all those routine checkups last year—pills, the whole nine yards—and the nurse told her they’d call if anything looked off. Nobody ever called. 😁
Now she's dealing with some bladder issues, but after seeing the doctor yesterday, turns out it's just a standard UTI. She got some antibiotics.
Look, I don't care if she's leaking or whatever, it's not my problem. But she definitely carries those genetic red flags since both her mom and sister have issues too.
Plus, she’s only 18 and she's already been through hell with all that stress.
Everyone keeps preaching about early detection, and honestly, that's the part I'm actually curious about.
Look, I might sound clueless here, but I gotta ask.
Is there any specific test, marker, or screening that can spot a tumor or early-stage cancer lurking in your system?
Here’s the deal: my girlfriend's mom had some uterine issues—pretty sure it was a tumor. Then her sister on her dad's side dealt with something similar in her ovaries. Both of them already have two healthy kids, but they didn't catch these issues until after they hit 30.
My old man has diabetes, though it's mostly from stress. Now he's gone blind. My brother beat leukemia when he was a kid, but I just went in for a checkup last month with Dr. Petrov and his wife; heart and vascular stuff all came back clean.
But I'm wondering if there's a test you can take that'll just flag anything suspicious or bad happening at a cellular level. Thanks.
If that doesn't work, I'll come up with something else. Too much attention on me right now.

Think of something similar, but since you're doing an edit (and everyone gets just one shot at that here), try to ditch the numbers. 🙂 For example, "quietpilot23" could just be "quietpilot"—looks way cleaner without the digits. Tell rustydrifter10 if you want to go with that. 🙂

The computer is running without a single hitch; if only we didn't also happen to possess what is arguably the most sluggish and overpriced internet service in the entire USA and beyond.
Thanks for the link, those prices are dirt cheap 😉.
Thinking about beefing up my 775 socket rig. 40 bucks for 8GB of RAM, maybe 25 for a Quad processor...
