Chill out—once enough reports actually roll in, we'll see who's actually stepping up to the plate.

As for the silhouettes? That's actually just a photo of some random guy from the Black Knights, edited so much you wouldn't even recognize him. This was ages ago... so yeah...

p.s. Who gives a damn, Douglas Fisher2? Maybe those guys in the hoodies think their "white boy" shirts are gonna be the next big thing on a PC screen.😁

Nobody's gonna mess with him... that guy in the hoodie is way too dangerous, haha.

And the kicker? That shirt hit the shelves before he even stepped into the Secretary role...

lol yeah... he’s 100% talking about that "on tour" shirt... it was just a total joke meant to mess with him—but people take everything way too seriously...

So this guy from the video actually walks right into the club—and get this—half of them don't even realize they're standing under the team logo. I guess they covered up the mural or something, but man, those internal leaks are real. 😁 What are they even calling them? They actually put the crest on... you can see it in the video too—that guy at the top clearly hasn't got a clue why everyone's booing.

But honestly? The real kicker is the embarrassment of seeing how things are running down there. It's a total mess—nobody knows who's actually calling the shots or footing the bill. Between the NFL Shop stuff, those random street stalls, and zero respect for intellectual property... it's just a straight-up circus. 🙄

The more I hear about this New York Cosmos situation, the more it gets on my nerves. They literally built this thing from nothing—hockey in America used to be non-existent—and yet, despite having massive marketing potential, we have absolutely nothing to show for it. What a joke they've turned this club into...

gentlebison72 said:Look, you guys living this life know better than anyone what kind of people actually took over the club—I’m just watching from the sidelines, so I can't really weigh in on that part.
But if you actually trust them, if I were in your shoes, I’d team up with management to throw some events designed to pull in serious cash for the club.
For example, get those singers who swear they're die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fans to put on a concert—something big enough to pack the stadium—and have them play for free. You could also set up an exhibition match, maybe against Spartan to celebrate their 101st anniversary, keeping costs near zero by using hand-picked Black Knights members for security and volunteers. That way, you slash expenses to the bone and try to chip away at those massive debts without dealing with banks, interest rates, or more financial nightmares. Plus, you can hunt down wealthy sponsors once the tickets start selling...
Put it all on paper, get the right organizers involved, run some solid marketing focused on the goal, and maybe you'll actually get the lion's share of the work done.

But honestly, that’s stuff you should be expecting from the front office. The club’s "workforce" community is huge. If they just fixed the internal structure and hired competent people, they’d cover everything you’re talking about. I know a lot of people aren't exactly fans of the New York Islanders, but just look at their damn marketing. Actually, an even better example is the Kansas City Chiefs—they closed that Budweiser deal, which brought in 127,000 USD $0.00... basically out of thin air. The Chiefs have massive marketing potential; it’s just not the job of the Black Knights or random people off the street to push it... That’s primarily the responsibility of the club employees. The current crew walked into a mountain of crap left over from the past that they have to clean up first, so that’s why everything else takes a backseat. And it’s gonna stay that way until that old mess is cleared out...

By the way—you NFL Ultras really need to sit down and figure out your next move, because there's some truth in what that Kerumov lookalike was saying. That loan would just be delaying the inevitable collapse of Liverpool FC. Unless something fundamentally changes in how the club is run, you're going to find yourselves right back in this same mess in six months or a year. Right now, results are an afterthought—it's hard to win anything in this swamp anyway. Building a solid foundation and slashing costs is the only thing that actually matters.

Well, that's finally happening. Two years ago, the budget was north of $100 million. As far as I can tell, it's already dropped below $70 million, and the new board's goal is to squeeze the 2013 budget down to a much more realistic $50-$60 million.
The new management isn't the issue. The issue is the mountain of inherited debt we'll have to deal with over the next few years—and the real headache is those spineless losers on the City Council who rebelled against providing a guarantee for Liverpool FC. I mean, they aren't even handing over cash, just a freaking guarantee. And in exchange, Liverpool FC promises that if that guarantee is ever called, 30% of future revenue goes to the city. So the city isn't actually giving anything, despite how many people try to frame it that way; they're just acting as the primary guarantor. Not to mention, this rebellion is happening just as we're finally seeing some actual progress at the club. None of these idiots spoke up during the last 20 years while the club was being systematically gutted.

The next two or three years are going to be the toughest in the club's history, but I'm convinced that if we just run things normally, we can pull ourselves out of this gutter.

And here's a snippet from the recent Brbićen interview:
Are you satisfied with your performance so far?

- I thought I’d be able to focus more on the organizational side and long-term strategy, but most of these 72 days have been spent putting out fires—dealing with foreclosures, frozen accounts... The situation I walked into was significantly worse than I anticipated.

Even so, you haven't abandoned the goal of restructuring the club for the long term?

- We’ve prepared a new staffing structure that needs the Board of Directors to approve, and we’ve posted openings for three leadership roles... With this new setup, we're ditching the old "work community" model because it's totally outdated. We're splitting the club into four sectors: Sports (the most important), Commercial (marketing and sales), Finance, and Logistics.

Some might say you're only interested in the "executive suite" this season. In other words, the organization. But what about the "ground floor"—the sports side, the squad itself?

- I care about all levels. It's about the club's structure and building a healthy foundation. As for the ground floor, my very first move was focused on the sports side; I appointed a Sporting Director a month and a half ago—the key person for making the athletic side work. From what I can see, Sergije Krešić is working hard and preparing things that will be made public soon.

Once again (sadly), Liverpool FC is giving us a reason to actually get our act together—forget all the mindless nonsense for once and just show up! Let’s organize a protest this Monday so they don't get any bright ideas about denying credit guarantees.

ALL TOGETHER NOW!

John Brown30 said:When someone screws up, the punishment is getting a call on the official office line 🤣

Keep messing around if you want 😁
There was a time when we’d just spend all day typing absolute nonsense on our phones, copying emails, whatever... some truly brutal stuff happened back then... From calls asking how many sandwiches they could get in Athens to "founders" begging for free tickets by spamming "five tickets, five tickets"...

Then there was this one guy claiming he deserved a ticket. When we told him straight up—nobody gets freebies, we pay Hajduk every single cent—he starts insisting he knows Jane and that Jane is gonna lose his mind because we didn't hook him up. The only catch in the whole story was that Jane was standing right next to him the entire time.
Then this new guy joins the group and goes to fill out a form... He walks back into the office and the boss asks:
"Man, regarding this email, how am I supposed to draw that monkey? Jesus?!?!?"

And don't even get me started on the people throwing TVs onto the field in Chicago, or lighting flags at the Rose Bowl, etc., etc...
