José Barea, Ricky Rubio, and John Beasly are all out for the Timberwolves, and Peja Peković is questionable despite traveling with the team. Kevin Love is incredibly hungry for a playoff run this year and will be highly motivated, though it’s clear he can't carry Portland alone. If Peković ends up playing, it becomes a toss-up; I might look at an over on Love's mid-to-low usage or consider him as solid material for a combo play.
The Brooklyn Nets are getting absolutely crushed without Brook Lopez and Deron Williams out there; Ryan Anderson is basically running his own solo show right now.
Williams scoring 9 points in a quarter might not seem like much, though I honestly think he's struggling out there. He just doesn't seem to be in the zone today.
I think Denver is a solid play here, even if the moneyline isn't particularly juicy. I caught the Kings vs. Suns game last night, and while the Kings looked decent early on, they completely fell apart in the second half. Denver shouldn't run into much trouble against them. I haven't kept close tabs on Howard lately, and he does have a habit of struggling on the road, but the margin looks reasonable—even if DraftKings is trying to lure everyone in with those 1.70 odds on the over. In my opinion, these are the two most promising NBA plays for tonight, but let's not get carried away with the stakes.

Garnett is shooting 2-for-9 and can't seem to finish anything at the rim; he's definitely running under, which makes tonight's matchup against Nash look pretty tough.
Dwyane Wade ended up with zero points and zero field goals. We missed the mark on that one, even though it seemed like a solid pick; as long as the Miami Heat stay this dominant, he isn't going to see much action. Even if he does get some minutes, I'm not sure he can actually hit the 24-point mark—that feels like a tall order to me.
Edit: It looks like LeBron James has his right shoulder taped up and won't be playing anymore, at least that's how it appears. This might just be the opening Wade needs.
Dwyane Wade is back from injury and looking incredibly sharp. Since he’s originally from Chicago, he’ll definitely have that extra motivation. He had a rough series against the Bulls back in the 2010/11 playoffs, so I really feel like this is his chance for some payback. I'm thinking about taking Miami for the win to start things off; if the double comes through, I might just get a little creative with a late-night parlay. Good luck to everyone.
The Heat are playing at home against a mediocre Spurs squad. Even with a few guys out, they're one of the top title contenders this year, so they shouldn't have much trouble. I'm expecting them to build a 10-point lead by halftime and then just cruise to the finish line.
Milwaukee Bucks vs Denver Nuggets 1
Milwaukee is a classic home team; they don't show much on the road and aren't nearly as dangerous as they are in their own arena. I caught the Nuggets playing against the Utah Jazz last game, and honestly, they didn't look great. I can't tell if it's because they're struggling on the road or if it was just an off night, but the Nuggets are still the favorites. That said, I think Milwaukee offers real value here at 2.10.
