Yes, I updated my email address. My old one was deactivated because I switched internet service providers, so I can't access it anymore.

I’ve been dealing with issues regarding my old account (username Jeremy Johnson14) for several months now.

Specifically, I am unable to post any content, and I have completely lost access to my private messages.

Certain profile edits are also blocked; in every instance, I simply receive an error message stating that I lack the necessary permissions.

While I can still log in and out of the account without issue, I’ve noticed that I cannot view anyone else's profile, nor can I access my own.

In threads where I previously participated, my avatar no longer appears next to my username. Additionally, the member search function isn't working for me.

Interestingly, when I log out, the member list becomes visible again, yet my username, Jeremy Johnson14, is nowhere to be found on that list.

I have attempted to reach out via email to admin@forum.com multiple times, but I have received no response.

That is why I decided to create this new account. I kindly ask that someone investigates what is going wrong here. Once my old account is resolved, you may delete this current one.

There’s probably already a hundred threads covering this exact same thing, yet here you are, starting yet another one. If you’re actually running into trouble, why not just head down to Chase and ask them directly? We aren't exactly mind readers.
