I was heading out to hit up a local CVS today to grab more saline because I totally nuked my first bottle trying to rinse my nose... and while I'm stuck waiting in this endless line, this one product catches my eye—the packaging literally asks: "Congested nose?" 😁
I mean, seriously? You're talking to me?

Anyway, long story short, I grabbed this little gadget for $30, specifically for clearing things out—and let me tell you, it was intense. I pulled out this chunk of mucus with a bit of blood that there was absolutely zero chance of getting out just by blowing my nose... (and obviously, we aren't supposed to blow our noses too hard after surgery, in case you didn't know that part)
It’s called the Rhino Horn. Maybe some of you already know about it, but honestly, I spent ages scrolling through posts on here before my surgery and nobody mentioned it. If they had, I would've picked it up way sooner....http://www.yogaprocess.com/rhinohorn.html
It feels wild... you feel the water going up your nose and you're just bracing for it to pour down your throat... then suddenly, boom, it comes out the other nostril along with all the junk.....😲
I don't know if the mods are gonna come after me for basically running an ad here, but I swear I don't make this stuff—I just want to give a heads-up since it actually worked wonders for me!👍

The Rhino Horn is actually modeled after Neti pots (that whole sinus rinsing thing used in yoga for hundreds of years)
It's a fantastic method, and it really helped me back when I dealt with constant sinus infections, but it never crossed my mind to try it right now post-op—plus, I didn't really feel the need for that kind of deep cleaning until now...

Kate Alvarez47 said:I’m only 17, and honestly? I am freaking terrified of going under the knife for this surgery. Everyone keeps hitting me with that same old line—"Trust me, you don't want to go through this yourself"—as if they're describing some kind of divine torment or a descent into the underworld. It’s like they think I’m heading into a martyrdom situation rather than just a medical procedure.😕

That’s just not how it works—I actually went through this myself just over two months ago, so believe me when I say I know exactly what I'm talking about. 😉
Look, I’ve scrolled through plenty of horror stories online—people sharing their absolute nightmares and trauma dumps—but honestly? My own experience wasn't even remotely traumatic. Not even close.
I haven't touched a single painkiller. Not even one.
Honestly, my nose looks totally natural now. People who know I actually had surgery just give me nothing but compliments, while those who have no clue tell me I just look happier, more content, or like I finally got some decent sleep...
The whole experience with this procedure was on a completely different level than any other work I’ve done—I seriously thought it would be painful, but man, was I wrong. The painkillers I prepped just in case are still sitting there, unopened and untouched. 🙂
I just went in for my two-month follow-up, and everything is looking perfect. It doesn't even feel weird if you touch it anymore...
I see people asking about skin issues post-op, but I haven't dealt with any of that. I used to struggle with it constantly before the surgery and after my accident (if you want the full breakdown of my skincare routine, check my older posts). My nose used to swell, shift, and change shape constantly, and my pores looked huge—like these dark little dots everywhere. None of that is an issue anymore. It looks beautiful and, more importantly, it actually functions perfectly.
I am just so incredibly relieved that I put my trust in Unknown and his team; I felt totally relaxed letting them take over. 🙂
I don't even know how to properly thank them because the transformation they achieved through their expertise is just immeasurable by any standard... the happiness and peace of mind I feel today is directly tied to having a surgeon with actual skill. Even though I’m still dealing with some lingering stuff from my old injury, everything feels way easier to handle because when I catch myself in the mirror, I see *me*—not some lopsided nose hanging to one side.
Anyway, that's the update. 🙂
Kenneth Harris27 said:So, we're talking about the open procedure here? How soon could I actually get out of the house and just use some makeup to hide any bruising? (I read somewhere it takes about 6 months to reach the final look, but what I really want to know is how long until I can show up in public without looking visibly swollen... because I’m not looking for a massive transformation, and I definitely don't want people who aren't involved to notice anything is up)
btw, thanks a ton for the answer. 🙂

Look, as soon as they took the molds off, I was already back out on the town, hitting up parties and hanging with friends.
George Ramos11 said:where on earth are you getting this idea about "hearing all those sounds" during a locally administered trip? personally, I didn't experience any of that—honestly, probably 95% of people who have been through the same thing wouldn't either.

Look, I was on a local dose too—got some decent sleep and just woke up once everything had already settled down.
I didn't have a single moment of pain or anything after it wore off, not even for a second.
Alex Moore62 said:Look, you’re totally free to reply to my comment and voice your own opinion—that's how this works, right? And just like I stated in my original post, I'm sticking to my guns. Why would I go around claiming someone else's business anyway? It's as simple as that. 🙂
I shared my own surgical experience on this forum ages ago—purely for the benefit and information of everyone here.
By the way, it’s pretty hilarious watching all you "satisfied customers" somehow always manage to forget—or better yet, completely ignore—the experiences of those clients who *weren't* so thrilled. I post those stories here too.

I'm not about to sit here and write about bad experiences if I haven't lived through them myself... that would just be lying and slander, wouldn't it?
And to anyone out there who actually had a rough time, I've already said I'm sorry for that, and honestly, anything beyond that is just unnecessary noise.
Alex Moore62 Asks:
Just sitting here reading through all this and honestly? I'm kind of in awe. 🤮
Toncicev’s counter-intelligence outfit has completely lost the plot—their jealousy has totally stripped them of any sense of proportion. 🙂

Look, Alex Moore62, that was a pretty useless comment. Seriously—anyone scrolling through these boards looking for actual intel on rhinoplasty or trying to get a real sense of what people have actually gone through is getting absolutely zero value from you. All they're walking away with is just your personal opinion... which isn't exactly helpful for someone trying to make an informed decision.
Look, I’ve already said my piece—and honestly, every single time someone comes crawling to me asking about my experience, I’m going to give them the exact same answer. I don't care what you or whatever other skeptics out there think about it... I'm sticking to my guns.
Look, it’s not even close to how you're painting the picture a few lines up—those compliments for Dr. Johnson and his whole crew? Those are coming straight from us, their actual satisfied clients. If you're feeling skeptical, go ahead and fact-check the authenticity of those responses however you want. Go nuts.
George Ramos11 said:So, I finally took the mold off this morning—it's been seven days since the actual procedure—and man, the results are more than just "good"... I was peeking around under the tape near my eye, and honestly, I wasn't expecting this kind of work (maybe those nurses have some magic touch or whatever... seriously, it looks wow!)... My nose is absolutely perfect in every way, even considering the swelling and the slight bruising under my eyes.. Basically, I can sum up the whole thing as a super smooth experience that’s been exceeding all my expectations so far... As for Dr. Toncic, he’s an incredibly professional and pleasant guy (same goes for his whole crew), and they just radiate confidence and expertise at every turn... with a healthy dose of humility and, most importantly, a realistic view of things.. To be blunt, my wishes—and then some—were basically manifested through his work without me having to micromanage anything.. It's funny because I didn't try to push my own specific ideas; I just sat back and listened to his expert opinion, and this result is just proof of who the true master of the craft is—and if you ask me, who should be your first choice when picking a plastic surgeon.. Plus, his pricing is easily the most reasonable out there, and let's face it, nobody wants to throw money down the drain when you could save that for a rainy day... so why wouldn't you? Anyway, I'm still a bit stunned because, realistically, I wasn't expecting miracles, especially since nobody bothered to check in on me after the surgery to see how I was doing (clearly, setting high standards has become routine for them!) or how the outcome looked.. I actually convinced myself for a second that maybe they messed something up.. so yeah.. For anyone out there where fear and anxiety are the only things pushing you toward a better look, I genuinely recommend this doctor. The procedure itself was totally painless, and I think I've said enough about him and the clinic staff already..

Hey! I sent you a few PMs before your surgery... I bet your inbox is absolutely slammed right now.
Honestly, they all turned out completely useless—the last batch was just at the end of last week... I feel like I was practically born wearing this thing 🙂
Susan Watson31 said:oh, and one more thing—clean out your inboxes 😉

Some of you sent me PMs that I actually replied to, but I never got those little "message received" notifications—so, yeah, I’m pretty sure you guys need to start deleting some old messages to make room
Oh, and one more thing—clear out your inboxes already 😉
Just checking in for a sec—it’s been two and a half weeks since the surgery... and honestly? I’m firing on all cylinders in every single way 🙂
I don't know anything about those doctors you guys are bringing up, so I can't really weigh in on that, other than saying I am beyond thrilled with my choice, Dr. Johnson
Me too, 🙂 I can shoot you some photos via DM—or honestly, maybe just email is better
Unfortunately, this wasn't my first time going under the knife, but man, it was easily the best experience yet... I cannot recommend Dr. Tončić enough—he and his entire team are just top-tier. We're talking elite expertise, total professionalism, and that genuine warmth and teamwork you just don't see everywhere. I could go on and on about them, but I don't want anyone getting the wrong idea... let's just say I finally took the cast off and I was so incredibly happy I actually found myself crying tears of joy on the drive home... my nose already looks amazing and fits my face perfectly; it doesn't even have that "I definitely had surgery" look to it...
At the end of the day, we all have the freedom to decide when, where, and how much we want to tweak our noses, and I am just so glad I made the choice I did... honestly, I feel like a whole new chapter of my life started today. I'm officially putting an end to that insecurity and moving past it for good... yeah, I'm feeling free and happy again...
rapiddriver14 said:YES!! I am actually losing my mind here! And he literally warned me it would hurt!
Oh my God, WHY ME??!!
They’re doing it under local anesthesia... I am absolutely terrified...
And honestly, I was crying just because that's how I am—I just start sobbing at everything. It wasn't even about the pain, it's just... I don't know, it just happens.

Please, please do not panic 😉
My surgery was on September 16th under local anesthesia... and I slept like a baby the whole time... I woke up once everything was already finished. Not a single second of it hurt—not one bit. There is seriously nothing to be afraid of, just try to relax.
So, I’ve been breathing through my nose for two whole days now—honestly, feels freaking amazing... and look, I don't feel the need to dump my photos here since I know how much everyone loves being poked in the eye with stuff they didn't ask for... I figure the sheer level of satisfaction radiating from the posts by 🙂 is more than enough proof of how killer these results actually are.
magnifying glass 😉 ?
Suzi, seriously though, your nose looks incredible—major props to the surgeon who pulled that off 🙂
Glad to hear you're doing alright, seriously. 🙂
I couldn't even get onto the forums yesterday—pretty sure the servers were acting up or something—but honestly, that was basically my only headache...
So, regarding my nose... everything is looking good. I have to admit, I’m actually pleasantly surprised by how much this doesn't hurt at all. I did notice some darker circles under my eyes pop up yesterday, but that's totally normal stuff, right? All in all, the whole experience has been way smoother and easier than what I was bracing myself for. To anyone out there who still hasn't worked up the nerve to get their nose fixed (even though you know you want to)—seriously, don't sweat it... Once Dr. Tončić gets those tampons pulled out of my nostrils, the only annoying thing left—this constant dry mouth—should finally clear up too.
