I deal with the exact same thing—terrible itching and those little bumps that feel like grains of sand. It usually hits my hands near my fingers, and it isn't just a summer issue for me either. I used to rely on Witch Hazel ointment; it was a lifesaver for the itch, but it’s pretty harsh, so you have to use a very thin layer and not too often. Anyway, after getting allergy tests done, my doctor told me to stop using that stuff entirely. Now, I just stick to Bepanthen...

I dealt with that exact same itching sensation around my backside after using the bathroom, too. It wasn't a sweaty kind of itch, though. At first, I was convinced it was some kind of pinworms, but the doctors ran tests and couldn't find anything. They ended up prescribing me a cream called Elocom, and honestly, it did the trick. I'm feeling much better now.
